I really liked the professional way in which they handled this entire deal all the way up to car delivery. Car was serviced well and I am completely satisfied. Recently did my car service here. Horrible Experience and service. This how it went with Mandovi Service center --> 1. Got a call from Representative saying that vehicle is ready for delivery.I went their but Vehicle was not fully ready. 2.they took me to the garage and shown my vehicle from bunch of cars. first thing i asked him to show My music system as it was not working previously. we sat inside and it was fixed and working. 3. then he said lets go for Billing. and not show any interest to show entire vehicle. i specifically asked, can u pz show bonnet side. then he opened. Again asked greasing is done for doors? not done. and one by came and applied greasing randomly. 4. Again he asked let's go for Billing. ok i went with him, on the way i asked wheel alignment is done ? he said it will be done. next i asked Have u checked Air for wheels ? he said it will be done. 5. He shown the billing it was around 7085rs for normal service by including unnecessary some washing cloths cost of 487.61rs etc.. i thought it was free and not observed properly Mainly They are in HURRY mood and mainly focused on billing not on the clear or proper demo or service. Any way i paid it 7085rs 6.I went home in that HURRY service they have not shown me the boot side of the car. opened it, but it was a HEART ATTACK for me. they kept my spare Tyre, spanners, mat,Reflector and other things randomly . 7. Interestingly they kept one new box with air filter in it. i thought it was new and they haven't installed. i called the representative he asked to send a pic.sent a pic and he said will send u mechanic to ur doorstep. 8.Later we got to know that it was replaced but they kept it in new box. If they DOMED properly by showing all the side i could hv told him then and their about boot space alignment and the unnecessary BOX things. Simply they loosed the TRUST. My suggestion to Mandovi Motors : 1. As you have time to spend for TEA COFFEE or BILLING for customers, Please spend at least 10min for proper demo, what u have done for vehicle at least high level at least what is visible at least 5 doors. 2. If u keep something replaced product inside the car please show to the customer or don't put inside or demo properly other wise it will be a big confusion for customers. 3. if u r calling to customer for car delivery. pz cross check if everything is done. Pz don't do greasing to the doors after customers comes or if customers asks. 4. if i ask something about car your answer must be HONEST, YES or NO ... it's okay if you have not done just say NO, noproblem in that but it will be a problem if u say wrongly. in my case (refer to point no 4) he said Air and wheel alignment will be done.. it was not done from the showroom side, after checking outside it was 25-26 PSI and done it outside. same with wheel alignment. 5. Your one honest YES or NO can save life's. Please be responsible or give respect to customer life's. A small mistake can also cause lot of consequences/problems. Be trust-able / Don't go behind money in-terms of service , do your work honestly, money will come back to you automatically. otherwise somehow you will see the down fall and KARMA will get back to you.

Guru from True Value came as soon as we called the same day and gave a very good value compared to all other brands. Next day we compared the quotations and agreed to sell it True Value. The complete process was smooth. Recently they even sent me an intimation that my car is sold from their end and sent us basic details. Overall a good selling experience.
