Huge, very well maintained and managed, neat and clean IT park which despite having tall buildings has enough space to breathe unlike many other IT parks in the city and doesn't look like a typical concrete jungle. It houses many big brands like IBM, CTS, star hotels and food courts with again big brands like McDonald's, KFC Domino's and Subway to name a few. Its proximity to the airport is also a big plus.

A great place to work in. A beautiful business park nestled in an otherwise busy and congested Nagawara. The clean road, the ample walking area, the beautiful night lights make it a perfect place to get some calm in between your work storm. It has two food courts and a gazebo with plenty of food options. A butterfly park and numerous green walkways make it a weekend destination for people in the neighborhood. It has badminton and football courts that you can book a slot in for a reasonable rate. During the monsoon seasons beware of flooding. Many offices are cut off from access and huge traffic diversions take place which is a huge hassle.
