They r cheating with ppl.. Pls pls pls don't take any services from them they r cheating with customers.Through mails, calls, app nowhere ull able to reach to there customer care executive. Refund will not happen n looting money from people by doing fraud. Big fraud company. Goibibo is much better n genuine company.

Make My Trip is a very difficult Organisation to deal with. You can not send any Email to them or cannot talk to any CUSTOMERCARE as all the EMAIL ID AND TELE/CONTACT NUMBER ARE FAKE< YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEM. Last Six month one of their driver had taken Rs 4981/- extra from me which I am not getting back. VERY POOR SHOW BY MAKEMYTRIP.

Thanks to Mr.Deepak.MMT KORAMANGALA who was handling my holiday package to Vietnam. Further I would like to thank Ms.Helen and Ms.Hazel from Apple holidays who had taken care of my whole transfers after reaching to Vietnam. Definitely I should mention our guide whom we met in Danang is Mr.Linh who was able to understand us and we were able to understand his English luckily and he's the reason behind my phone storage has no space and my gallery is filled with plenty of pictures which was clicked by Mr.Linh.Everyone worked tirelessly.Thanks to the whole team. Apart from all the appreciations just 2 things I would like to bring to notice is the room allotted for us in Danang was a Duplex room which wasn't suitable especially when we have senior citizens accompanying. One more point is my flight timings were enquired previous day of my travel but it wasn't updated to the concern person but anyways immediately my pickup from Hanoi airport was arranged. I liked the room allotted in all the three cities but Diamond legend in Hanoi was the best. Once again Thanks to the whole team in India as well as in Vietnam

Beware: Unresponsive Customer Service and Suspicious Activity I feel compelled to share an alarming experience I had with the customer service. Despite dealing with an urgent matter, the assistance I received was shockingly unresponsive and inadequate. This level of service is utterly unacceptable, and it's my duty to make others aware of this distressing encounter.

Went to Maldives with MMT package. The cost is lesser compared to you directly booking as they provide complimentary things as well. Even if we are in other country their representatives are available through WhatsApp call and there won't be any reason to worry
