We recently admitted my aunt and service was extremely good and personal care was taken here. Special thanks to Dr.Pavan Prasad. The only challenge is this building is there is no lift and care taker has walking/climbing issue this hospital is not user friendly.

We have visited the hospital and the treatment was very good the staff here took care of everything from post surgery observations to insurance the entire process was very smooth

Hospital hospitality is very good. Nursing staff also very kind in attending the issues. Hospital is very clean and hygiene. Dr. Raghuveer karath is marvelous and super in diagnosing the problem at first visit only and gives proper treatment. We are very happy with the hospital service.

We had admitted my dad here for general weakness for about 10 days. All the doctors, nurse and the support staff are very helpful and friendly. I'd especially like to highlight how calm and approachable Dr. Karanth is, he listens to all our questions and responds in layman language. There was one particular mid night when my dad had high fever and Sister Varshini immediately and ensured that the fever was brought under control as soon as possible.

They are very poor in managing the patients who are waiting at reception for their turn. Although there are hardly 3 to4 patients waiting, still pathetic process. There is no proper procedure of bringing each patient to doctor. I kept on insisting to make a file of all documents, Later they managed to keep all papers in a file. There are plenty mistakes made by their staffs right from documenting your names till you take any service. I agree doctors are good professionally, but they need to improve in managing various process a patient or their kin has to go through once they come here in their premises
