Overall the hospital service was good, It was well maintained, Housekeeping staff was very good with their work, they guided everyone with a smile. Doctors also treating the patients with smile . .

Adminstration is bad Patients are being unnecessarily refered to icu when the same.can be done in outpatient department and looting money . The earlier motto.of giving good service to patients is not there except a few doctors who are sincere. I hv been conned by putting my father in ICU and charging money but not giving facilities of ICu. Complained to admin head ,they informed will take action and brushed it off

Would love to thank Dr. Tirthankar and Maharaja Agrasen Hospital as they took really good care of me when I was admitted at this hospital. Rooms were clean, nursing staff were fabulous and new management is really good. Only one suggestion to the management is that please maintain one quality working canteen. We were depended upon near by resturant for the food supply.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful throughout 3 day stay for dengue treatment! The nursing, housekeeping and medical staff were all effective and proactive! Very reasonable treatment costs as well.

Very poor managing of patients, to show reports to doctor we have to wait for 2 plus hours. With appointment also same issue. No person is regularly monitoring of queue, some person will enter doctor's room and ask for suggestions. For the same thing we also wait but very bad Administration in managing queue. I feel token service is waste.

To the management of MAH, Padmanabhanagar, I'm staying close to MAH. I have seen the hospital from construction stages. Earlier the lab facility was done by MAH staff. The services of MAH lab was so good and affordable. Now, it's outsourced to Anand Neuberg. They are very costly. The area residents have the impression that MAH is a charitable hospital, but it's not so. The washrooms are having filthy smell. No water washrooms. Pl switch back to your own lab facilities immediately. The tray placed in washrooms is at a height beyond eye reach. Please consider these inputs and help the people surrounding the hospital locality.

Hospitality from Nursing staff and ward boys were really good.Very helpfull and caring.Sisters - Nagalambika,Sangeetha,Kousalya,Jayashree.Brother - Pavan, Ward boys - Mahadeva, Lokesh,Ravi,Naveen,Manu.All did a good job in taking care of our dad.Nevertheless all doctors took personal care and supervision which helped in the speedy recovery. Our special thanks to Dr.R Manjunath and his wholesome team.

My father was treated here for Cellulitis wound by Dr Prakash babu and Dr Sumanth both are great and supported a lot with right direction for speedy recovery and also very important to note here is in dressing section sister Deekshitha also takes care very well with supported environment and creates family environment to feel comfortable with hospital. thanks a lot for all the support from each and every one.
