Wonderful gym with great lighting and environment

Overall: Top notch, well maintained gym in Rajouri Garden. This gym is very good for strength training as well as cross fit. You can feel that person running this gym, Karan himself is a very good trainer, he provided small tips which helped me long way. My experience: I came to Delhi for 1 month and was looking for a gym. I called Karan, and talked to him. He said visit us once but bring your shoes along i.e keep gym shoes separate. I was surprised at level of cleanliness this gym maintains. The weights in gym are not cheap iron bars but proper weights with each having correct label. I would also like to mention Jatin, assistant trainer, he is remarkable person. This gym superb, each evening I felt like going to gym for workout. Training style in this gym: I believe this is a very good beginner strength template training gym. It is also very good gym to learn about core exercise. Transformation: In one month I felt increase in strength. I also could gauge my weaknesses. I also learned the defects in my form and am now working on my improvement. As a customer, I would recommend this gym wholeheartedly and am eagerly waiting for my next trip to Delhi and train with Karan with specific goal. Thanks Karan, Jatin and Mohit for such a wonderful experience.

The best gym in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. The equipments are top class that really helps keeping good posture while exercising. Karan bhaiya is very friendly, he keeps a personal warm touch while helping you achieve your physical goals. His guidance, his knowledge about different exercises and diet is outstanding. VERY SAFE for girls too. Perfect decorum and professionalism is maintained while helping you staying focussed at your aim of achieving physical goals.
