Worst ever experience in a branded outlet. I have never seen a store manager or a sales person with such an attitude with the customer. I bought a pant last week and the stitches came loose after a single use. When I went to shop for rectification , He was very reluctant to provide the service. At one point he is saying that ' you have torn it as you dint know how to use it' I wonder how come such a statement is used on a customer. I regret for shopping in this store and strongly do not recommend. Forget the branded shop experience, there is no fundamental respect for people in this shop.
