Lockhart Gap View - Scenic spot in Munnar - Idukki, India

Absolute marvellous. It is so amazing that the view can't be described in words. The roads, the views, the tea plantations, lake, everything is just out of this world. And the weather during our visit just added icing on the cake!!

One of the must visit places in Kerala. The beauty of this place cannot be explained. Even if you do not enter the Tea garden, please travel from Lockhart estate area to Gap Road end. Incase you have time, go till Anayirankal dam area. The views and occasional mist is mesmerizing.

Nature was it as best. Route leading to Lockhart gap view from Munnar was awesome with mist at around 2 pm. It was very misty and a scenic beauty.

Its one of the place where u can feel the vibes and energy or something beautiful from the nature. Best times to visit are from 9pm to 8am. Early bird gets the worm..!!

The view of the tea plantations all around is simply breathtaking. The place is misty and cold, which adds to the overall experience. There's a tea shop where you can enjoy some tea in the evening while taking in the superb view.
