Panchakarma traditional Ayurveda inner and external physical rejuvenation. All treatment according to my physical requirement. Natural conducive environment for yoga Asana practices. First analysis of the physical with "Ghee" along with oil massages penetrated my external body muscles with "avahagam". Internal system clearance with "nasyam" and "basti". Kerala tamil traditional "satvic" food served. I personally think physical rejuvenation has to be done once in a year. It's worthwhile for my physical health and living wealthy without any side effects. It was my first time getting any Ayurvedic massage as well as a consultation and it was a wonderful experience! The doctor is very knowledgeable and she helped me learn more about my body health. I really appreciate the massage healer for making me feel safe especially since you have to be nude, she was very reassuring and had a calm energy. I got a relaxing whole body herbal oil massage experience and sweat steam. The people were all very sweet and walked me out to the road so I could be picked up at night. Definitely would recommend this spot if you're curious!

We were here for 10 days and felt so relaxed and refresh after all the treatments done here. Dr Sinu was very attentive and sharp with all the Ayurveda solutions for any illness . She also trained us how to do perfect yoga asanas. Rooms were clean and balcony was with beautiful nature views - trees,river,birds,fresh cool air etc. Staffs were very cooperative and helpful. Food was healthy and tasty. They also arranged car for near by sight seeing and adjusted our treatments as per our convenience. Manu driver was also good. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend anyone looking for authentic Ayurvedic treatments.

I've just finished a 14 day panchakarma Ayurvedic treatment and had a great experience. Already I feel the benefits, and I'm assured these will continue. The doctor carried out a thorough consultation and created a bespoke treatment plan for me. During my stay, I did a ghee treatment, a vomiting treatment, herbal smoking, massages, baths, steams, nasal oiling and enemas. All staff were professional and helpful and everything was carried out with care. There were yoga classes every morning, as well as pranayama and meditation. Beautiful walks in the nearby area, and an option to swim in a pool in a nearby resort. Thanks so much to everyone!

This place is so peaceful and Dr Sinu welcomed us so warmly! I spent 10 days with my sister in Ishani Ayurveda Hospital, and it was great. Each of us had personalized treatments for our special needs, Dr. Sinu is really professional and passionate. I detoxed and got special treatments for my back, the staff that implement the body treatments are great professionals, they are very carying and sweet women.
