Wonderful PG. I stayed here for 5 yrs way back in 2010... yes so so long and moved out of country. Recently met some one from Bngl and all my old days memories popped up. More than the stay I made really good friends and many pleasant memories. We were in one of the ground floor apartment and though each from diff parts of India, all 5 of us used to cook to gather and cherish. Lovely moments. We girls always talk about Sharon how he manages all the PGs and with all his internal connects he sorts out many issues with bad girls who stay and crease so much drama and nuisance.
Once we had a bad incident and immediately the next day he arranged for a security person full time. Later when ever I go to bangalore and if my stay extends beyond couple of weeks I stay at Sharon's PG
The Pg is great. The management solves any problems with the room pretty quickly. There is always guard at the front and cctvs on all floors which makes it quite safe.
The maid cleans the room everyday and very neat as well.
Made my banglore experience much better with all good amenities and peaceful place.
The landmark is a very well maintained pg.
I myself have stayed in Sharan's pg for two years and was very comfortable.
Sophia, one of the employees has managed to deal with all the issues on time without delay and Sharan is a very reliable host.
His humble and kind nature makes it easier to live in a busy city like Bangalore without hassle.

Very safe place for girls, in Sharan PG. Some rooms are good, some are not. The maids and the PG managers have more power than the owner himself. Kitchens are not clean. Owner will increase the rent 2 times a year by 20% each. Amenities one breaksdown no one repairs them or replacea them. The maid does PG politics.
Over all its a good place to stay for a month or two.
The best place to stay. I was put up in Mr Sharan's PG while I was working in Bangalore as a Teacher in one of the international schools from 2013 to 2017.It's very safe, with all amenities ( TV,fridge,washing machine, wifi,cooking facilities etc) maids are very prompt.
Managers are always on their toes.
There are reasonable rooms too with all facilities.
I enjoyed staying there.
Very bad service. They don't give rent/deposit receipts on time and start calling/messaging for rent days before due date. Took over 4 months to return my deposit money. After following up multiple times they stop answering calls/replying to messages. Corporate employees need the rent receipt but they take months to give them and then blame the tenants that they have misplaced it. Would suggest everyone to look for something else if possible.
With that, they also threten you with false accusations to take down your honest reviews.
Strongly suggest that you stay anywhere but here.
Horrible pg, owner is very dishonest.
He never returned my security deposit stating that room is damaged but when i returned him the key and relocated myself he said everything is fine and he will return the money, but once I relocated myself to another city now he is saying i have done damages and he refuses to pay the amount.
Not a good PG food wise because there is no food, it's overpriced
Great experience, have stayed at Mr. Sharan Samtani's pg for 5.5 years and had an amazing time. Kudos to Ms. Sofia Suvreen from the Management team and Mrs. Sumitra, the caretaker. I'm thankful to have the pleasure to be with these people. Thanks to the entire team for managing everything effortlessly throughout the tenure
