I consulted Dr. Ashok Singhal for headache of my wife. He gave full time to understand and explain us about symptoms. Didn't prescribe unnecessary test and gave medicine once. I was satisfied with the advise and recommend him for neuro diseases and pain.
Doctor is very responsible and listens to the concern very patiently and treats well. But the "Life speciality clinic " RECEPTIONIST is a huge issue . The lady is very arrogant in her behaviour , keeps yelling at people and also provokes people for a fight with her behaviour senselessly in the clinic premises without any sense that it would disturb the doctor/ patients. Here is a detailed scenario : Appointment was at 5:30 PM and we had reached around 5:10 PM to the clinic and yes there were too many patients and it's first come first serve policy so I absolutely understand and Started waiting for my turn , it was 6:30PM and I wanted to know how many more patients are in queue before me so I can plan accordingly So my question was - "How many more patients are in queue before me " The RECEPTIONIST replied very rudely saying - " Go ask the doctor how much time it takes , I'm not here to answer your questions " . I just kept quite without responding more to avoid any nuisance . RECEPTIONIST provokingly comes to me and pulls me saying come let's ask the doctor , which I believe is stupidity. I believe the work of Receptionists in clinics is to respond to patients queries on their appointments or timings etc which isn't being made properly by this particular lady in the clinic . I strongly recommend the Doctor for his excellence in treatment . But DONT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC BECAUSE OF THE RECEPTIONIST , Better to visit Fortis hospital for the doctor .

Money minded doctor starting treatment was good later changes tablets gone for only headache now it like before treatment nd more problems increased like constipation dazziness vision low weakness fees olso very high.
Dr Ashok Singhal is one of the best neurologists in Bangalore. Is V good in his trade, is very patient and the right temperament to handle and treat his patients. Would highly recommend Dr Singhal !
The old staff was good, polite and disciplined. The new staff is jus arrogant and make a lot of noise n seem the clinic to b a market. Patients wait outside the clinic due to the staff undisciplined conversation inside.
After giving birth to my kid I suffered from blood clot due to high blood pressure. He saved my life and he helped my kid get a mother. Our family is really to greatful to him. Thank you Doctor after 10 years Am happy to say I am healthy.
Worst staff and highly unprofessional.. called them for 3 days for doubt clarification and no proper response. Since i m out of station called reception to connect the call for doctor they did not connect And when i directly called doctor he was very rude he did not respond he just told i can't remember everything about patient call to reception without even listening to my issue. would never suggest this doctor...
