Lg Service Center - Appliance repair service in Jamshedpur - East Singhbum, India

After purchaseof LG Smart tv ,Service Eng.came on being call thrice, after more than30 hrs., installed wall hanging, started tv ,took photo of the message Code and hurriedly went away withoutany demo/ functioning of Remote. I again rang him immediately , he received the call , I asked him to come and to solve my problems regarding demo. But nothingwas done. We are Sr.citizens aged more than 70 +. Next day I made Compliant to Customer Care but it resulted futile, but till date no one visited my place. Thanks.

The lady who picked up the call on 15 April 2023 at 12.20pm do not have proper education on how to talk to customers..she demanded irrelevant money and when asked details ...started bad mouthing the customer. Plz improve the experience Very disappointed

Worst service.. Even staff having No manners how to talk with his customers.. First when you purchased any products of LG that time all the things is good but after if any problem comes they told pls contact with customer care they will send you an engineer, for that you have to pay.. If i want a remote of the particular LG tv the model no of the tv is mentioned alredy for that why i need an engineer.? They told they will home Delivered the remote with an engineer for the cost of 236 rs for delivery charge plus remote cost.. And the problem is i am staying in behind that service center so why should i take home delivery for extra 236.. ?

These people are liars and thieves. They'll go to your house for servicing and steal some item from your home. Regarding the servicing part, they'll damage your appliance and when they are asked, they'll either plead ignorance or blatantly lie. Be very careful. They do not deserve even a single star.

Very pathetic and poor service. My maching was again damaged after a day of servicing. I called them and they are asking for the service charge again since I do not have the previous bill which they never provided. They keep lying about The bill Or the complaint number and when you ask them they ask to call the technician and the technician will ask to call office.. And this is going since 3 days. Strongly oppose to use this service centre

The service is really very bad ... The mannager Mannas Sahani.does not kow how to talk.... We had a refrigerator ...which they are unable to repair... Due to lack of parts .... Even we asked then to escalate the matter to higher authority they are not doing sooo.. Please don't go there for any issue... Very poor service ...
