TERRIBLE The one thing I expect from a hotel is a good mattress to sleep on The staff showed 4 rooms and they all have TERRIBLE mattresses. At least 10 years old. Worn out and sinking in. The springs hurt your back as you lie in it And you pay $100/ night for the privilege of this poor mattress experience.

I enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean and staff were very helpful. Food in the cafe was good. There is a nice pool on the top floor and a gym. The pool is a nice place to sit outdoors and just enjoy the peace and quiet for a bit. Unfortunately there's no other areas to sit outdoors in the hotel Musis in lobby and cafe on ground level can be a little loud and thumping which is a little weird Good location. If you like walking, you can walk to Commercial Street or MG road.. Definitely walking distance to Thoms Bakery and Ulsoor Lake is a short walk away to have a jog or walk around the lake There are eating places etc around the area in walking distance

I wanted book banquet hall and called The Ulsoor Lemon tree they tried to connect to the manager but the line did not go through.Then when i called CRP Team one Mr.Rupesh spoke to me and refused to give any information,He was so insensitive and rude and had no idea what he was talking about.I don't recommend this hotel as they dont care about the clients and Business.

Located centrally (at least from my point of view) this Lemon Tree hotel needs an urgent update of its rooms. The design of the rooms and the bathrooms are very outdated, no charging points on both sides of the bed, bathtubs or only overhead showers in the bathroom (you can catch the drift). The breakfast is also limited with the bakery items given a very step-motherly treatment, lying neglected in a corner, sad and lonely. The management should look into upgrading the place to bring it more up to date.

Very nice experience staying at this hotel. Food portion for room service was huge.. Amenities are standardized between Lemon Tree hotel chains so it was very nice. The only downside was that they don't provide slippers.

Neat and clean,center in place and close to all shopping places, well maintained, cool staff.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and was very impressed with the spacious rooms and quick, friendly service provided by the staff. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from, which was a great way to start my day. The building itself is quite impressive, boasting 10 floors with a well-maintained gym and swimming pool on the top floor. The pool is a comfortable depth of 4 feet and offers a great way to cool off after a workout or just relax in the sun. The only issue I encountered during my stay was with the wifi. Although the connection was fast, the hotel only allows up to 4 devices to be connected without additional charges. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience I had at this hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great amenities and friendly staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
