Went to celebrate my sister's birthday with Sunday buffet brunch. With 8 people plus kids we thought we will enjoy the birthday celebration along with cake cutting ceremony. But little did I know for a birthday song I have to carry a Bluetooth speaker with myself I would have done that. I requested to play for a birthday music or song while cutting the cake but the live singer with nice purple hair performing refused to play as they are closed. Although I could see that all the instruments were intact but I was refused by the hotel staff who approached him . If I knew earlier that my request for birthday music has to go the singer who has more authority then I would have surely approached to him while making my reservations. None of the food, service or anything matters if a property don't understand the emotional value of a birthday song and why it is so important to be played. Although rest of the hotel staff was very nice and humble but that does not solve the purpose of efficiency because you have to wait for hours to request for something . Food has huge spread but the quality lacks. I have visited this property long back when it was Pullman and loved it so with Le Meridian taking over I thought my experience will be far better. But I was really disappointed.

Went here with family for birthday dinner. Table was pre booked and informed too. The waiters are extremely lazy. No one bothers to attend you. After long wait one waiter arrives. We ordered manchow and sweet corn soup, though both were not in there menu. Also nothing is there in menu. On enquiring about it was informed that the restaurant has been shifted from pullman to le meridien group and so menu is still same. In 2 years they couldn't change menu? How strange reply. Manchow soup had crisps which were soggy. Corn soup was below average. Starters came after 20 minutes. Kandhari paneer tikka was sweet in taste. Then came veg seekh kebab which fell from waiters hand before serving. Even then he served same plate kebabs and brought broccoli and paneer tikka from buffet saying that you can have this also. The whole staff seemed crazy . Pathetic experience at latest recipe, le meridien. After this we cleared bills and left. Birthday party was destroyed and it became a horrible memory for dinner at a 5 star like this. Even the ambience not at all charming to pay such hefty bill. Edit 1: After all this , they personally looked into it. I was contacted and they had sent me a proper apology with wholesome meal for 3 people which was nicely presented and good in taste. Accepting mistakes is important and I just hope they provide a better service to anyone else visiting next.

The never-ending selection of cosmopolitan cuisines left me speechless, and I am so grateful to Mr. Sahil, Ms. Ribha, and Ms. Rinky for their kind hospitality and attention to our needs. Despite not being a big fan of vegetarian food, I found myself eating second portions of dishes I normally wouldn't. There's always be a multitude of cuisines to satisfy your cravings, from brick oven-baked pizzas to fresh sushi (shoutout to Chef Shashank and Chef Anshul!). A special mention should go to Chef Ritik, who makes the finest pancakes I've ever had! Even a 10/10 would be a lower rating for Latest Recipe's food quality

I had dinner buffet here. They served us a large variety of food items and deserts. The chocolate mousse cake was out of the world. All the food tasted good. They had North Indian, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican etc items. They had a large variety of salads too. In total they had I think more than 20 items just in veg. Also, they had live counters for variety of stuff. All in all I loved my experience here. I would definitely visit this place again. The service was good too.

There is full of flavor & variety in every segments.They have a wide range of Healthy menus, Italians, Chinese, and Japanese. Also, they have good options in the main course like Methi Paneer, Corn Palak, Dal Makhni, Lauki, Mix Veg, and Bindi Fry, Mutton, Chicken, and Biryani. There is a Live counter and a Chaat counter. The best part is, that the taste was delicious, not even a single item could be rated below 10/10. Even the sweetness in the dessert was so balanced.

Went with my parents for dinner today and did pre-booking through their front office manager Rahul who very sweetly and with great courtesy took our details and all requirements and passed on to the respective team at the restaurant... Our seating experience was smooth and we were allocated the apt table as was requested, without me having to remind them. Food was very good, soup was brilliant, starters were good though my mom did not like one thing which we liked though but Nishakar took no time in acknowledging and getting another fresh starter for her to her taste, small gestures go miles in defining customer service attitude. Main course was pretty good too. Special thanks to the whole team for a wonderful evening and a special mention to Nishakar for making it a happy evening for us.. .... .... .... .... .... .... .... .... .... .... .... .... .... So I am going to review about the dinner and breakfast buffet today. As I was on staycation at Le meridian we enjoyed the stay and the food too. I mean what wasn't there in the dinner? Everything. They were having so many options is dinner and my fav sushi too. The dinner and breakfast was lavish and I'm impressed with their services too. Staff was quick and attentive. If you need anything to be changed in your food, they will do for you. They were having so many options and you can see that in the pictures I've uploaded. However I've not added all of them showcasing all the dishes we had. Overall the stay was nice and one must visit "Last recipe" if they really wanna enjoy the lunch/dinner buffet. 2nd visit : this time I was little disappointed with the dinner. Menu was vast but the taste quality was poor. They didn't have sushi too but they served it to us on our request which was a nice gesture.

I decided to visit the latest recipe for my twin baby's 11 month b'day celebration. I had dinner which was good in quality and even the service in restaurant was considerably good. I am a regular visitor to this restro as my mom loves their dal makhani. This time our experience was ruined by the front desk guy, Surya, whom I asked to help for a diaper changing facility for my baby. He just said we don't have the facility & we can't do anything about it. He was so blunt in conversation that he did not considered the situation or need & have not made any attempt to help the customer. I asked him just a table to do so but the only answer I got was no man we can't help. After I raised my voice & asked for help then senior staff & they agreed to open a room for 10 min. Nowadays, most of the babies wear diapers & this facility is must like washrooms, I think le Meridien should consider this & install a diaper changing bed in washrooms. & at the same time train the staff to handle these kind of emergency situations in a better manner & should try to go extra mile for customer service.
