Amazing lake right in front of the West gate or gate 4 of Lalbagh

It's covered big area, i visited here on the occasion of 77th independence day.

Very nice to see.

Visited in July second week, one of the best place for a morning walk or family day out.

This is a large man made water body. There used to be plenty of birds visiting here till 2020. Off late there are very few cormorants and nothing more! Lake is cleaned up and scenic. However, it is also shallow. It's a sprawling several acres of beautiful tourist attraction. The Lalbagh park staff are working relentlessly to keep visitors hygiene and health concerns a priority. Staff checks temperature of all visitors at entrance without miss!

It is an amazing. This is one of the reason hyderali to built this garden. This lake is the recharging point of this botanical Garden. There are two ilands which were naturally formed and that make that lake looks good. And right opposite to that lake there is lotus pond. This lake help more number people's to walk around. All thanks to Mr. Hyder ali and his son tippu sultan.

Visiting again !!!its so refreshing and pleasure to visit this place during this lockdown.Alluring greenery's and enchanting birds music will make you feel energetic and peaceful.

This lake is a scenic place. It is huge in terms of area and has lots of birds all around. Fishes are easily seen inside the lake. There is a wide path along the lake for walking or jogging. There are benches to seat and spend some time with mother nature and enjoy the peaceful sound of nature. Some vendors sell there items here and there. There are some sign board cautioning about cobra snake under the dry leafs.
