No "sevaa-bhaav" at all. All the doctors of Lakhotia are obsessed with Test Reports. It seems they have no knowledge and experience of practice. They do not take single step without test report and do not prescribe any medicine without reports. If you are planning to visit gynecologist doctor in this centre then be ready to high medical bills.

The staff there have no empathy for patients. They are rude and uncivilized, a trademark for lakhotia franchise. . (Update 5 month's later) No change in the system. This is my breifing as per the owners request. I booked an appointment for Dr. ABUBAKER. My number was 18. I was asked to arrive at the chamber at 9pm. It is 10:45pm and I have no clue when my number will come. The assistant (vicky) is roaming around always on phone while the number system is not being followed. Is it too much to schedule a time with 30min buffer zone instead of 2 hours?

Very poor service also by the dr Kaushik saha You have to do the proscribed test from lakhotia only then he will check the report otherwise he will not check..

Ridiculously Arrogant Behaviour by the staff and I think management don't know about their rude behaviour, this is what happens when the same people work for a long time and they think of themselves as the boss. Thinking " Boss of what?!". All I know is that I am paying for the service and reports prescribed not for thier stupid behaviour. Choices increase will lead to doom of this so called organization.

Worst of all, called the reception and they are not even ready to go to doctor and confirm if they are going to check patient. They are suggesting to bring 80+ patient and ask doctor by self and if he disagrees then it cant be done. Had to give 1 start just to post the review. Else its in negative without a doubt.

I had to give one star as there is no place to give negetive rating. My mother had broken wrist and plastered for more than one month. Post that I went to this center for an extra and orthopedic doctor check to confirm if the bones have re joined. I paid 400 for visit and met one of the most un professional doctor on this earth. After checking ex Ray he confirmed that bones have re joined and my mom must do light physical excersises. What seemed is that he only wanted to finish the case and leave. When she had pain for more than two weeks we went for another check up at different place and they confirmed that bones have never re joined and now surgery is only an option. I also want to seek legal advises and check if I can do a FIR on doctor and the center.

Poor service quality. Patients have to wait hours to see the doctor. If you are coming here to consult a doctor better have ample time with you.

Malpractice by doctors and staff. Please do not visit Lakhotia Medical Centre. The doctor prescribed my mother some expensive medicine and shamelessly asked to buy from a specific Medical store. Turned out it was a completely bogus ayurvedic energy booster with no brand name. Yes, it was in a cheap plastic bottle wrapped with paper. Even the name of the manufacturer was not mentioned. He even prescribed Mantaux test (used to determine TB) to my mother who visited him for a skin infection. And yes, he prescribed energy booster ayurvedic capsules for skin infection.
