I am like a veteran gym goer. So after 3.5 years of backlog , what I was looking for is se way out to improve my agility , flexiblity and to get relief for muscle stiffness. This gym facility helps me to get rid of muscle stiffness. The instructors are really helpfull.

I am very satisfied and happy with KTS2 and especially my trainer Bristi Basu. She really knows what one exactly needs for that fit health and ideal body weight and she suggests workouts accordingly. In just 9 months i have lost 13 of my those extra Kgs and succeeded in saying goodbye to my tiredness, anxiety and lathergy. Now i really feel very energetic and fit.
