Restort is beautiful but has very bad facilities. No maintainance, taps are leaking. Average food. Swimming pool was dirty.
A very poor service After reaching there get to know swimming pool is under maintenance.... We ask to keep our drinks in fridge they said it's chargeable...because our fridge is out of order In restaurant captain said from the counter that what you want without reaching our table .... How can we say that it's a resort ..... There was a safe but can't use it's coz wasn't working There was a minibar but wast fridge in it Even there wasn't a doormat out side bathroom

Property is old and is under maintenance. Air conditioners were dripping, plasters, furniture, needed maintenance. Room service & kitchen staff made us stay. They were hard working and cooperative. Food was good. Location is good. Lesson learnt : book it in person after verifying. If booking book for 1-2 days extend it if satisfied. We changed room 3 times due to one or other reasons. Cockroaches surprises you. When complained they said half hotel has been renovated and balance will be completed soon.
Not recommended at all. Poor service, dirty swimming pool, below average taste, too slow in service.
Most pathetic experience in terms of food and service.Being a Rajasthani, specifically asked for spicy food and not of sweet taste as usually served across Gujarat.The moment i took the first bite, it was just red and green chillies taste in both Dal and paneer, and you could not take that food without water after every bite.. The chef took spicy need to the highest level and when complained to the GM (Mr ) he paid no interest and was only interested to say that we will have to pay for the dishes even if we hadn't eaten out.Mr was very rude over call and on the issue, not at the person fit for service industry.Never going to stay at this place ever again.Not providing GST invoice in my company name, had to waste almost 45 min in explaining this to hotel staff and connecting them then only they agreed for the same
It was good experiance to stay with Family. Rooms are clean and ventilated. We did enjoyed its breakfast and dinner along with pool. water activity and gym is not in order. overall good to stay.
I am a regular customer of this hotel for the last 15 years. It was a well maintained properly when good service but this time everything changed. The swimming pool is full of mosquitoes and the tiles at the bottom are broken. Nobody is cleaning the pool. Splash water park which is the main attraction of the hotel have been closed. The rooms were not cleaned. It took many hours just to provide a bucket and tumbler ! Intercom phones are not being picked up in time. I had to call the hotel from external number to get the service. However I must admit that, the food quality was very good. Safety and location of hotel is very good. Staff is very coperative. In order to revive this wonderful hotel some drastic changes are needed immediately.
Proper hygiene maintained in rooms...hot n cold water facilities in shower available 24 hrs ..best ac rooms in suitable price ... worth of money ..just loved the place very much ...
Nice neat & cleaned rooms, located at centrally Diu, almost things near by and easily excess, staff aswell owners too keeping eyes on services and care of guest! Recommended with most economical prices, thank you

Only beach that would be open if every other beaches are closed. However, there would no safety and no-one to take care of anyone so it is all your risk but it is really good.
