I had booked the room on weekend due to non availability of rooms in resorts near to Nagoa Beach. First of all the room which they had offered to us was reported with a faulty lights & cigarette smell was there & they are not having any room freshner also. The other room was having several issues like, bathroom was not cleaned properly, Wash Basin was leaking, Exhaust fan was making so much noise, Jet condition was pathetic as you can see in photo which I had uploaded. No soap holder in bathroom. Now coming to room:1. Curtains hooks were broken.(Photograph uploaded).2. Spitting guthkha was observed at the corner of main door. (Photograph uploaded) 3. Webs was observed in room & Washroom. 4. Dusting was not done properly.5. the only good thing was the room was spacious. 6. No mineral water bottle was provided. They had provided a water in water can which was not even a RO water. Now coming to Room Service:1. First of all they don't have intercom. 2. They will provide you a mobile number for raising an order & when you call on that number the guy who is answering to your call is not having a sense to attend your call & ask for an order. He will say 'Haan'. Seems you have done something wrong by giving him a call. 3. If you want to order a cup of tea then you have to wait for them to finish their dinner preparations first. 4. We received a cup of tea & the cup was having a hair line crack. (Photograph uploaded) 5. Morning tea you have to order after 7:30 only. They will straight away reject if you are calling before 7:30.We had stayed in rooms also who are providing far better good quality of rooms & services.

Good hotel, just one point is of odd Location. Rest all are good. Service is also good, Hotel food is also nice..

Room service is good. Nice place to stay. Nagoa beach is almost 6 km away. Hotel is on good location. Swimming pool is available but water is not clean. All overall experience is good.

It used to be great I've been booking this hotel whenever i visit diu but now's it's just an ordinary hotel with normal room service and amenities

Delaying in service but rooms was good Also staff was very polite with good behavior and food quality was okay and price was also moderate, for me swimming pool was best part it's gave me good vibes, but main problem was it's Location which is far away from main city and beaches. over all great experience

The good things first. the room is good and spacious the decor the entrance is beautiful and the pool is well maintained, the food is good and would rate this 4/5 but now about not so good part is the service, the boys there are a bit naive and the coffee is horrible. Also one suggestion, the pool should be well separated from the public coming to booze because it makes a little awkward specially for the ladies. The changing room near the pool is not at not clean. The staff needs to be a little more trained. Overall a good experience and we came back with a good stay and have good memories of Diu. The resturant downstairs is good in terms of food but the ambience is little awkward as there is a huge amount of drunkards specially the garden area(near the pool). But the rooms have no disturbance which is a good thing.
