Subject: Feedback on Hospital Experience We recently had our father-in-law undergo hernia surgery at your hospital, and we'd like to share our feedback on our overall experience. Firstly, we were highly impressed with the Department of Surgery. The experienced professors, senior doctors, PG student doctors, and nurses provided excellent care, ensuring our patient felt well-treated and comfortable throughout his stay. Additionally, we appreciated the quality of food provided in the canteen, which was not only tasty but also suitable for patinents' dietary needs. In terms of the hospital infrastructure, it was commendable, except for one significant concern - the lack of adequate security staff, particularly in the building where our patient was admitted. During our time there, we observed a deficiency in security personnel, and some existing staff seemed disinterested and unaware of their responsibilities. Furthermore, we feel compelled to address a specific issue we encountered. One of the lady security personnel exhibited rude behavior and was inappropriate in her interactions with patients and their attendants. Considering the stressful situation we were already in, her unprofessional attitude only added to our distress. Her communication style was not only unbecoming of her role but also extremely irritating, making an already challenging time even more difficult for us. We believe it is crucial for your hospital management to address these security concerns promptly and ensure that all staff, especially those interacting with patients and their families, are trained to handle situations with empathy and professionalism. This step would greatly enhance the overall experience for patients and their attendants, making their stay at the hospital more bearable during trying times. Kim's neuro doctors are very generous. But hospital need to bring more generous in getting patients admissions and discharge from your Kims.Due to work load staffs and nurses don't know how to behave with patients.and attender, vry worst service and behaviour. They don't explaining patient conditions to attenders very pathetic service overall this kind of service i never seen in any hospital worst ,worst ,worst ,worst,service. And the main thing here is vehicle parking mafia. They just want money but don't know how to give generous and proper service.

Good treatment I was Hospitalized, but recovered Due to hospital staff and doctors and Good premises , neat and clean

Talking about the service i would rate 2/10 for various reasons: primarily,most of the staff members here don't really know what they're there for and here where i was done with my surgery around 1130am but they made me admit and wait for 4hours for no reason and just to get a official signature from the senior doctor they made me and other patients wait for so long i mean i don't really understand how this hospital works and they take their own time performing their task. I got back around 4:40 almost a whole day was spent for no specific reason. I strongly do not recommend this. Thankyou.

When I came for surgery it's good and dr.simran and dr.smitha both are good but today 1/deci sawn new staff and child staff they dint know name also after file seeing also careless staff so pls change the staff and before doctors is there pls allow them only dr. Simran and dr. Smitha they both are good doctors for ent but today worst doctors worst staff and they asking too much money also I dint like those type off changes and discharge file also given me after 3 to 4 hours staff are also doing timepass they dint doing there work as responsible at a time so pls take incharge for them and pls change otherwise no patient will come here 2nd time 1st time coming 2nd time no y so pls take incharge on them unless they taking money they only doing file and all and taking ward charge and all unless lying now a days they taking too much money with patients

worst hospital, in ICU nurses do not know how to treat patients they are not nurses they do not have any experiences my mother was admitted and I lost her. they were charging 30 thousand per day & doctors does not come on time in ICU nurses will be busy talking with each other and i have seen with my own eyes out of 10 patients 8 patients will die. and once admitted in ICU 99% they will not come outside only dead body will come outside. I lost my mom and i know what the role of mother will be in our life huge damage of my life. so dont go to this worst hospital as i dont want others to loose their loved ones

This review is for the so called doctor Monika from dermatology department. My mother and myself visited today and unfortunately went to her room for consultation and had the worst experience ever with a doctor, She was in so much hurry and was checking mobile to prescribe medicine, which was also wrong. There was no such medicine name what she wrote. When questioned she started behaving so rudely and says I have studied 11 years ( God knows what she studied in 11 years, doesn't even have basic manners how to speak to a patient), she was acting like a principal who s shouting at a primary school student. She says she s not paid enough to listen to patients' concerns, and she treats only for the 30 rupees that the patients pay for consultation. Such a cheap mentality, arrogant person. After correcting the wrong medicine name, she writes another medication dat is an antidepressant (as Google says) for skin. Wow.......... 1 star s too much for such people, I would give her -10 for her behaviour. She should open a private clinic and loot money, m sure no one will even visit that clinic after seeing her behaviour

Only the registration or consultation fee is 30rs ..but other than if u take any test or treatment it's same cost. Also they allow students to treat patients. If you have influence and u are an VIP only the main doctors will check. I went for an eye testing for allergies 750 they are charging , it's not an government hospital which serving people any more. Only money money .
