Order ultimate savings bucket from Swiggy.
And honestly speaking, they can do much better. I find it very tasteless and the French fries were some how okay. Other than that, delivery was good.
Its the recently opened fourth kfc in Aizawl. I have been to all the kfc outlets here. Tried chizza for the first time though my usual order is ultimate savings and wednesday bucket. Chizza is a different cuisine and very tasty one.
Hope that this good taste will be maintained all throughout as most of the time the taste fades soon after the "newness" is gone. So its better to check with the cuisines in newly opened stores as the spice and taste will be finger-licking!
Though i had to go around several complaints and concerns over other kfc's here earlier, i welcome this the newly opened kfc wholeheartedly! Good luck
The Atmosphere is the Best compared to other KFC outlets in the same city.
Parking is also available.
But the Food service is the poorest. There's always something from the menu that is unavailable. They never ready your take out order, you always have to queue again when you reach there and they'll start preparing order only when you reach there get in queue. They also make the soft drinks purchasable only for Dine in. Not available for Take away.
I think the employees there do not know how to count. Ordered 10 pc's Bucket and was given only 9. Same things happened for the 12pc strips too. Am a regular customer and these are the things I've noticed. Didn't want to seem picky and make a fuss about it.
Considering the amount we spend, would like more honesty or carefulness from the staff
The location is very easily accessible. And the dinin place also very spacious and comfortable.
The computer software needed to be updated ..The last time I visited I waited more then an hour for my order to come out. (Although the manager was very friendly and one of the first to work when KFC opened at Zarkawt, it was only the manager that says sorry for the delay) the other servers need a bit training more for customer's services.

Classic Roll is too spicy and if available could a pack of salt added
I'll give 4 star because of the payment system.. i was really starving and when i made my order the worker told me online payment isn't available... Imagine hearing this word when starving coz i don't have any cash with me then
