We recently got back from a trip to Kashmir. Representative Ubaid was on call to help us during the tour, and we made our package reservations through Kashmir Port. Our wonderful driver and tour guide, Shahid Maqbool Gadoo, was amazing and very professional; he was always on time, incredibly patient, and highly informed about the area and culture. He made some very astute insights, and our conversation with him was wholesome. Overall, we are satisfied with his service and recommend the Kashmir Port.

They helped us carefully customise the trip into the short schedule we had and provided us with good and comfortable hotels. Our driver Mr. Imran Ahmed was very courteous and respectful and as two women travelling across the Kashmir valleys of Pahalgam, Srinagar, and Gulmarg we felt really safe. He has always been just a call away even when I had fallen sick. We deeply appreciate the hospitality we received throughout our stay. We went to Kashmir through Kashmir port between 20th Oct to 25th Oct 2023. It was a great trip except for some points. The hotels in Sri Nagar & Pahalgam were very nice & clean with great service but there was an issue with the lift as the our hotel in Pahalgam did not had the lift at all, which is a problem for old age people like my parents (which I did mentioned to them). The operators should also give more options as per locations & infrastructure so that we can choose it as per our recommendation. The houseboat was very clean, beautiful & well maintained but we were disappointed because of the slow service & food. The driver, Mr. Parvez was also great and helped us to make our Vacation more joyful. Mr. Junaid Khan created the itinerary for us, though we had some issues on the trip he was quick to response. However some miscommunication did take place which I hope can be avoided in future.

It was 11 days tour of Kashmir . I am very much happy & satisfied with the services provided by Kashmir Port ....especially the places they covered ...like Wullar Lake , Doodh pathri , Aharbal Waterfall ( District Kulgam) . The hotels provided in Srinagar ( Grand Alden ) was good one , in Sonamurg ( Sonamurg Glacier ) was the best & excellent as well as this hotel maintained the standard of the meals / food and Rooms in excellent manner . But , I'm very much disappointed with the Hotel provided in Pahalgam ( NIGHT EAGLE Resort / Hotel ). One can't name this ' Night Eagle ' under the category of 'Resorts ' . It was a very ' Sub - Standard ' Hotel ... Rooms were very shabby and it was a punishment to use its Washroom , even the quality of Food / Meals were below standard . Such type of accomodations should not be provided to the tourists ...this is my sincere advice to Kashmir Port .For traveling the vehicle ( car ) was provided ..was good one but I suggest Driver ( Kashmir ) should be more professional. Otherwise , on the whole , rest of the trip was excellent . I would like to recommend tourists to avail the packages ( Kashmir , Leh & Ladakh ) from Kashmir Port . Even , I do appreciate the transparency in their Payment Transactions . We are very much thankful to Mr. Tariq & Mr. Ubaid ( from Kashmir Port ) for their continuous guidance and help . Especially ,the Vehicle which was provided from Leh to Srinagar at the last hour by Kashmir Port in emergency .....was a Great help . And even , We do very much Appreciate the Driver who drove us to Srinagar from Leh was extremely RESPONSIBLE , his driving was very safe and a decent Gentleman . Thanks to Kashmir Port ..
