Giving 2 star only because of the 2nd Driver we were with was very friendly and helpful. The stay at Akbar houseboats and food there were so good. The worst part- We were promised for a tavera and our package was planned on that. We were 4 adults with my parents and wife. Our trip stared from Katra. They sent an extremely uncomfortable Honda Amaze instead of tavera. Driver has no idea of how many people we were and was surprised when i told we are 4 adults. The driver had no knowledge of the route to srinagar and was following the google map. Wasted 2 hours on wrong route for which we couldn't cross the checkpoint and couldn't get into Srinagar. We had to stay at CRPF camp. Driver was so unprofessional and was making reels while driving. Then it got worse. next day we arrived at the hotel(Rojan Jaai) in srinagar at 9am.Hotel staff said All rooms are occupied and we had to wait 2 hours there. They had given rooms to other as we couldn't reach the hotel a day before. The two rooms we got were different too, One had AC and other did not have.After talking to the agent they gave us another room on 3rd day. For the day we wasted we couldn't go to Sonmarg and did only local sightseeing on first day. I had never planned any tour with travel company this was my first travel company was left extremely disappointed. The money i paid was also not worth it in the end. Kashmir is a great place but lack of coordination from the travel agent made this trip memorable in a bad way. Didn't even apologise for the inconvenience caused and went silent after receiving full payment.
Our Leh travel (5N6D) ended yesterday. Our trip was well planned by Rukhsar Madam and Sajid Ji. 1. Very happy with Kashmir Boulevard who helped me with my travel in Leh, Nubra Valley and Pangong Lake. 2. We were given Innova cab with friendly driver, Yasin Bhaiya.Did not face any problem with anything during my travel. 3. This was my second package with Kashmir Boulevard. Last time they planned my Kashmir trip and Saba madam managed it well at that time in 2021. I really appreciate and great thankful to Kashmir Boulevard Team and Last but not the least Mr. Uzhair who is the owner of this company and very supportive guy. Must recommended operator!!
My Kashmir trip ended yesterday. Before I write something I will like to say that Kashmir is a beautiful place and it's a Heaven of Earth people of Kashmir is very helpful and trustable. We had great time in Kashmir with help of Kashmir Boulevard. We booked Kashmir Boulevard for our trip and we are happy to say that it was a right decision to go with Kashmir Boulevard. Our first 3 days hotel booked in Srinagar and one night Pahalgam and one night is in the house boat and the last day also in Srinagar. I would like to say Thank you to Saba who coordinate the entire trip. Thank you for such a great trip. I would like to appreciate and highly recommend Imran Bhaiya, our guide who turned our whole trip into memories. He provided the information about each tourist place we visited. He is very professional and helped us a lot during Trip and he has very good photography skills as well. He explained about the locations very well and planned specific points in the scheduled time and enjoyed well. He's such a cool person and sacrificed more for us. Thank you So much Imran Bhaiya. I had booked my Kashmir trip through Kashmir boulevard they provide good hotels with view and well conditioned cab. I'm fully satisfied with their services. Our driver Mr Imran was excellent driver from kashmir Boulevard. He is taking care us last five days. He care us very gently and friendly not only that he is a very good guide also. Kashmir is a beautiful place & it's scenic beauty is breathtaking. Henat was very cooperative & helpful & deserves appreciation, but Imran Bhai the cab Driver, was the Best. He's a thorough professional with expert driving skills and knows Kashmir like the back of his hand. He was very polite, friendly & punctual & guided us excellently throughout our stay. He was almost like a family member throughout our stay. Stay in Holiday inn at Pehalgam was a disaster & was the worst part of our stay. No hot water, no service & most irritatingly nobody at the Reception for hours on end to even answer for the Guest's basic requirements. If you want to spoil your mood & make it miserable, then check in at Holiday inn. Gurcoo residency was excellent in all aspects & stay in House Boat Jamaica was Very Good. Dal lake Shikara ride, was good & entertaining with the oresman Ghulam. So thanks to Imran Bhai & Kashmir Boulevard, we had a fantastic time Barring hiccups like Holiday inn, we as a family thoroughly enjoyed our Vacation.
