Cool climate. Be aware of leeches. For leeches bring salt, Dettol, or hand sanitizer. Tata tea estates is 100km in length. 17000 employees. Can't enter tea estates, since it's private property.

good place for premium tea dust shopping. it is in the munnar town itself. many tea items are available here. green tea, dust tea, flavoured tea, chocolates, coffee powder, dried fruits, spices. there is some parking space available in front of the shop itself. there is also a small tea shop available in the same shop. purchased some tea dust and were good.
