Really loved my haircut with john at 100% percent! Was a first time customer here and didn't know what to expect but saw many good reviews, had the hairstylist John who was super friendly. Trusted her to do whatever he wanted and to suggest a new style for me and he didn't disappoint:) I'm super happy with the results.

This is one of my Favourite Salon, They treat every single people very well. Also hygiene wise they are much better.. I have loved the was they explain each and everything for us that what suits you and what not. They also give a best service. I highly appreciate their services and I would recommend every to visit and see how actually professional they are in their work.. Highly appreciation & 5 stars to salon, to management, and to staff. Such a warm and pleasant place. Got my hair cut here after growing it out for over a year. Not a lot of people know how to deal with wild curly hair. But Sagar did wonders!! He really delivered what was promised. Also got a chance to do a basic clean up while I was here and Harshada was very kind and very very non-pushy in promoting treatments and products. She guided me on silly questions and gave genuine suggestions. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

Very bad experience. Wanted my mom to get her hair colored on a regular basis. Brought her here and thought I would get a scalp treatment as well. My treatment was great but my poor mom's entire Kurta caught the color from her hair dye. Even then mistakes happen, so I was trying to let it go. But after that I was being charged for a service I did not agree to. Then the lady at the desk promised that she would get the kurta cleaned coz she felt bad. We never heard from them. Called to ask what the plan was for the kurta. They said they would send someone and then no follow up. Follow through was not there snd there was no discount provided either for the mishap. In the US there would have been a refund. Customer service was very poor. Never coming back

This was my first time at JCB Prabhadevi; very impressed with their service and attention to detail. Priti was my technician for waxing - she took time to understand my skin concerns and was very patient through the service. I also got a pedicure here- the technician did a great job. I highly recommend this place for their top-notch services.

I've been going to this salon for almost two years now and I have always been pleased by the service. My haircut by one of their stylists, Martin, today was exceptionally good

The hair wash and head massage was awesome...was about to doze off, it was so relaxing and also the blow dry was done nicely by Ramchan. All the staff are very polite and professional. Visit soon again!!
