My experience at JCB was really amazing. The hair color and hair cut by Rohit was great. He gave me suggestions on what would suit best on me. Got a really great head massage also as part of the service. The team was really warm & welcoming. Great experience, will definitely recommend and visit again for sure!

The place is smaller than what i envisioned it to be i had gone for a root touch up, also they had like a coupon that initiated a discount on a threshold of spend. The guy who did my hair was great. Loved his spirit, I unfortunately can't recollect his name. Their head massage and spa prices though are priced higher than the salons around, which I found strange.

I had a really good experience at the salon earlier today. Rohit, the creative director at the salon and a passionate hairstylist did a fab job with my haircut and then styling. I also did a Moroccan Hair Spa. And lady gave me a superb head massage. I'm happy overall with my experience here! They were professional and kind.

Excellent service!! I got Sagar as my stylist and he did a great job with my hair - catered to my specific requirements. I wanted volume and I thought smoothening would help but he suggested curly styling to maintain the health of my hair. Very courteous and very honest about what would work best for my needs

Love the place!! It is calm and feels luxurious! Rohit cut my hair and was very aware of curly hair requirements. He understood how I need my hair to look and was able to achieve that very quickly! Would highly recommend to curly girls out there!!!

Rohit did an amazing job with my hair coloring. I get so many compliments. His suggestions were spot on. Highly recommend him for hair coloring, treatment, styling and hair cut.

I had the worst experience in my life at Jean Claude B Powai. Manicure and pedicure files and buffs were not only visibly dirty but I overall felt uncomfortable with the overall qualification of the technicians. People who reformed mani and pedi appeared to lack basic knowledge and experience. Manicure persons hands were not clean and he didn't even put on gloves to start working with my hands. My nails were Unevenly filed and my old polished was not even fully removed. When booking this service I specifically asked for the most experienced masters and as a result I found out they have 2 months experience in the place. I entered this salon with high hopes of receiving top quality service and felt utterly dissatisfied and frankly violated. I hope you take my feedback seriously and consider necessary steps to improve the quality of your services, ensure hygiene and better training for your staff.
