I was bit reluctant to join Yoga but after coming here I fell in love with it. Neeru mam is just amazing she just not teach yoga but also inspires us to lead a better healthy life. As they say yoga is about Body mind and soul that's very true and Neeru Mam make sure us to explain all 3 aspects and not just the physical part.... It's really amazing !!

The true form of Yoga has always been about certain key life aspects;such as, Mind and soul. The yoga center does complete justice to the same. Neeru mam and all other teachers are extremely proficient with their knowledge. Everyone provides complete support to ensure that the students perform the aasans mindfully. The studio is also very well maintained. A must go for anyone looking to adopt Yoga in their life.
Hi! I am very happy with the kind of flexibility n good health I am gaining everyday with Neeru ma'am in yoga sessions. I have started doing those asanas which seemed earlier impossible for me. Props are the great tool to achieve right balance n results. Also her assistants are so supportive and helpful, always there to guide us.

I love the overall experience of taking care of my mindset while working out with ones body. Neeru Mam is an amazing teacher with experience of over two decades , which is prominent by the way she conducts each session. All the assistant teachers are also very good especially Sakshi . I plan to continue learning and doing Iyenger yoga as long as physically possible for me. Place is also well maintained with all the props clean and abundant.
I came to know about Iyengar Yoga through my sis-in-law who has been practising under the guidance of Neeru Mam from past 6 years. My whole preception about life and yoga changed from the very first class. The way Neeru Mam and her teachers teach us , is so nice. They take pains for each and every student and make sure that nobody is neglected. I have started feeling lot of energy and really look forward to attend my classes. Neeru Mam is so full of life and energy , that I can rename these classes as 'LIFE CHANGING SESSIONS'.
