This is a paradise for those seeking calm and serenity away from hustle bustle of city life. Vast expanse of greenery in and around the hotel, it has swimming pool, gym and indoor game area. Rooms are spacious with large balcony overlooking greenery. But it is far from Panjim where we wanted to spend most of our time shopping and dining. Definitely will visit again on our next trip to Goa.
The place is organized like a resort on a large property, with an open feeling. The rooms are large. There is a restaurant. The food is ok, and could have been tastier. Room can be booked with breakfast and dinner included in the rate, and the rate is reasonable. Maintenance of the fittings in the room and bathroom is below expectation. The location is 6-7 km from Panjim and even more far from major beaches, and one needs a car to move around. Ideal place to stay if one has business in Goa University.
It's a just on the main road..no local transport ..so use miles or bike or car to visit Inbuilt rooms..restaurant..for breakfast and lunch..pool and parking is available..no wifi provided pla get ur own dongles..mobile etc.. Smoking n drinking inside premises not allowed..near to beach

Have been here quite often. The whole place is fairly good, overall. Somehow, I find it to be a bit run-down, but only very slightly. Although they seem to be renovating often, the place gives me a semi-government kind of feel. The food here is lovely. The prices are very good. The service is nice.
