Here we can create IPPB account. This 5* is because of only one employee (Govind) in this office. He works effortlessly. I was amazed seeing his dedication towards his work. We need more employees like him in every offices. All because of him I started SB, IPPB, NSC and many more. If I would have contacted anyone else my point of view would have been totally different. But special thanks to Govind for spending enough time to clear my doubts, making me understand each and every points of every scheme. I am glad.

Absolutely the worst service , most arrogant staff , after waiting for 1 hour they sent me back saying i had to many things to send and they have less staff . The main lady there with glasses is the worst, so much arrogance and least bothered . They have 4 counters but only 1 works and she is proud to say, they dont get support or help and hence dont have staff. Worst place to interact , even worse staff . They trrat u like they doing a big favour .Never going there again

Truly unique experience. This museum acts as a time-travel machine which takes one through the years of Indian Postal Evolution. One can find all the vintage artefacts here along with some of the handwritten letters from the legends. It also has a great collection of stamps and pictorial seals of the state as well as country. Each monument has its own story and it reflects the technological advancement and evolution of communication services in India. All this without an entry fee. Truly recommend this for history enthusiasts.

Worst experience ever in this post office. I always used to Send stuff from here but today I had face very bad experience from one lady . She asked me what is inside and I said it's clothes and shoes only but she told me that "why should I believe you " and forcing me to open my parcel orelse you can go to others. So I let her open but how she tore all my packages, so I said stop it I will just take back my packages. And she was like I'm the responsible of everything in this post office, I was shocked the way she treat us . We know whatever is needed to send and whatever is not needed to send , so they can scan but how this lady has done is not tolerable. We packed our parcel nicely at home in order to make sure that it can reach safely till our place. Because we can see soo many people are losing stuff and all . But after we packed nicely how can someone will do that. I send parcel very regularly but it has never happened to me like today . So when I carry back my stuff, all the staff are just staring at us and murmering behind our back and laughing at us. All I can say is that they are very proud, very rude and arrogant. Shame on them . I request to provide a good person who can provide better service to get things done .

I had visited this post office for IPPB premium account and they were literally fast and completed the process to the best. I appreciate the girl who took up this and completed at one go. Thanks to the team out there.

A busy post office. Staff are friendly. Limited counters open so the waiting time was nearly 40 minutes. The app they advertise to pay and self-book postage isn't operational - that would be a great help.
