I recently had the opportunity to stay at Vrandavan Palace in Ujjain, and my experience was a mix of positives and areas that could use improvement. Being within walking distance to the temple was incredibly convenient and added to the overall appeal of the hotel. However, when considering the price, I found it to be a bit on the fence. While not overly expensive, it also didn't fall into the category of a budget-friendly option. This aspect left me with a somewhat mixed impression, as I had expected the pricing to be more aligned with the value provided. They should enhance their rooms by installing improved toilets and offering fresh, clean bed sheets. On the whole, Vrandavan Palace's prime location near Mahakaleshwar temple certainly makes it a practical choice for pilgrims and visitors looking to stay close to the spiritual heart of Ujjain. Nevertheless, a slight adjustment in pricing could enhance its attractiveness and make it a more appealing option for travelers with varying budget constraints.

Haii.. this hotel vrindavan about.. facility is good not good not bad .. hospitality is more than good..hot water bed , air conditioning was vary good ,, leaveing room more than better ...the out side mahole was friendly ..for old persons around in hotel was vary friendly..helpfull ..Jay mahakal...ujjain is wonderful place ever

It's a decent place to stay. Employees are helpful and the location is also nearby restaurants and other necessity.

Room, bathroom was very small. Bathroom's door was very dirty and wash basin was also too small. Quality of blanket was very bad. Don't pay too much because room is worth 300-400 rupees only. Reception staff was well behaved and location of hotel is near to temple.

Room wasn't clean, door mat was dirty, water in the bathroom was white in colour, trust me I did not expected this. I booked it after reading so many reviews but don't know was it by mistake or it was on regular basis. It was a big upset guys. Though hotel staff are polite. Rep: No Birthday req was asked. You are assuming me a different guest. Also start accepting critics when on wrong side. Kindly check below the beds for room 202. Your AC room costs only 1500/ and the only thing customer asks is a neat atmosphere. When you can't provide these basic facilities then what's the point in running hotel business.

Don't know some people, why they had given the negative reviews. I had enjoyed the hotel stay. And they had guided us very well. Positive energy is filled. Ji mahakal.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful to my family at the time of check-in. They shouted at us and even went as far as to throw our luggage out of the room forcefully, all because my parents asked for an extra bed sheet to put under the blankets because they were smelling. This type of mistreatment is completely unacceptable and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. They should be ashamed of their behavior and I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know to warn them about the terrible service at this establishment.
