It's a very well made hotel but I take away one star because for the one night I stayed here, there was power cut in the middle of the night and it didn't return until check out time. The hotel had no back up. After a tiring trek at the crater lake i relied on a good night's sleep and rest, and wanted to resume work on charged laptop.
I read in other reviews that they recommended a local guide but the staff didn't recommend anybody to me/ us. It should be recommended to solo travelers, especially.
However, I appreciate their accommodating travelers of different genders looking to book a room together. People travel from very far away to see the wonder that is Lonar sarovar and there are limited stay options in this village.
There is no provision for a minus star...

The rooms were very unhygienic, food was tasteless n worst...
AC was not working, fans were for just d name sake of it....

Day before yesterday, visited Lonar sarovar. My stay was in Hotel Vikrant. In small town enjoyed my stay. Hotel was very beautiful and clean, staff was very promt and cooperstive. Food quality was very nice.
I'll highly recommend this hotel for every one who wants to stay in lonar. Dormitory room also very clean and fresh. It is a better than M.T.D.C. hotel. Food also very nice.

Amazing family run hotel in the heart of Lonar, within walking distance to Lonar crater and all the temples. The staff here are AMAZING! they attended to our every need and this hotel is so professional, it was such a wonderful surprise. It opened in 2021, so the rooms are modern all with a/c, nice fittings, etc. The rooftop restaurant is lovely, a perfect place to watch sunset (they even provide fires at night for warmth). The food and mocktails are good and made our meals feel extra special! Thank you to everyone at Hotel Vikrant!
