Had a great time Jitendra bhai is a very good person. Helped me in all aspects. Always in touch with me on the phone. Baba Mahakal Bhaswa Aarti Darshan, Baba Jal Abhishek, everything was done by him with responsibility. The hotel is right in front of the Mahakal temple, in the lane of the temple of Bara Ganesh Tagore. Come alone or with family in one word to your heart's content Hotel Uma Shree
Room are not clean as per image and service also not good my clothes are theft.
Staff is very nice and place is very near to Mahakaleshwar temple.
It is the most pathetic hotel I have ever visited and the worst hotel owner I have ever met who openly and quite brazenly tells you on your face that if there is a lack of proper amenities in the room then you can vacate at the last moment......the room gets water logged after shower because water comes out bathroom and when we complain they make excuses.....no soap or towels given.....it's a under construction building and besides there is public toilet in front of the hotel due to which the entire area stinks......
It was a good experience in the uma shree stay.
The room owner(yogesh ji) was very cooperative, he guided me the processes of VIP tickets and Bhashm aarti and all.
the best part is Uma shree is very near about the Mahakal temple.

One of the worst hotel services I've ever experienced. I booked a hotel through goibibo today, and Mr Jitendar called to cancel or asked for more money. He stated that if we come via online booking, he will not allow us. Please do not book a hotel room with such greedy people.
I booked this for one night 26th April'23. Worse hotel. No cleaning, rooms are very bad, no electricity backup, no service. I think whoever gave 5 rank all are fake.

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
