Very fine hotel. Excellent value for money. Staff is very polite and helpful.Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Location is excellent. Just five minutes away from railway station. Everything is available within walking distance.
This place is totally value for money. Service is good. Polite and helpful staff. Food quality is also decent. The best part is the location.. it's hardly at 10 minutes distance from Katra railway station. Rooms are clean and most of the basic amenities are available. They also provide the drop facility at banganga.
Very nice stay @hoteltheroyalkrishna. We stayed for 2 days, it is very conveniently located just nearby RFID centre and katra main bazaar. Service was nice. Food wise is very easy to find in main bazaar. Hotel staff is friendly and understanding of your requirements and appropriately help you. Overall very good stay.
Without doubt one of the best hotels in katra. Staff was extremely friendly, restaurant offers flexibility (appreciate this) They provided all possible support they could, we needed one print out which they provided us immediate. They provide us discount on food items The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the Assistant General manager Mr.Deepak Sharma who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality
It's an awesome experience to stay at this hotel. Service is good. Hotel is exactly at main market where you can go out find many restaurants at a very short distance. RFID card for vaishno devi is available at walking distance. This hotel also provides drop off at banganga check post free. Staff was cooperative as they gave us early checkin. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel.
I visited The Royal Krishna, Katra with my family its on great location, beautiful surroundings, great staff most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel is perfect. It was clean with excellent service in restaurant and the food was delicious.
The hotel is very beautiful . Absolutely neat and clean good location reception and other staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms are really nice and upgraded the hotel looks best amongst other hotels in Katra. View is very nice from room. We visited Katra and stayed in Royal Krishna. If you're doing the same it's a nice, comfortable option. There's a spa with minimal charges as well as a restaurant inside. The lobby is good however can't say the same for rooms. However the staff are really unhelpful and unfriendly. Their service is also super slow. We asked them for 2 bath towels and had to wait 20 min. The reception desk had two managers when we reached at 3 pm. One of them was very rude. However the reception desk person in the late evening was very nice.

The family rooms very nice. They gave us the early check inn. Sheetal mam was very helpful in all aspects. In the middle of city only 5 mins to ban ganga. Do prefer this hotel anytime.
