TGH is a nice place First impression ..great place..good value for money. It was the only place which offered a single room for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All other places we checked online allowed only 2 per room. Here we were able to stay together as a family. The management arranged 2 individual mattresses. Hence all of us slept comfortably. The bathroom was neat and we were provided with additional towels as we were 4. The people at the reception were quick and friendly and nice The location was centrally located.. at easy distance from all places Overall we would stay here again. Only negative..TV remote in presidential suite did not work.
Average 3 star hotel, near city center stone away from main road. Div fort is Walkable from Hotel. Hotel lobby decoration is impressive. No liquor is available in a hotel or restaurant. Food quality and options are okay type. Non veg food is available. Parking is inside premises.
I visited this hotel recently. The hotel was well maintained except AC and TV. I can classify it with the following comments: 1. Hotel Rooms: 4.5/5 2. Hotel Lobby: 4.5/5 3. Hotel reception: 4/5 (needs to provide some more options) 4. Staff Service: 5/5 5. Staff behaviour: 5/5 6. Food quality and cost: 3/5 (Needs control over food cost and taste) 7. Cleanliness: 4.5/5 8. Car Parking: 3/5 (location needs improvement) With all these comments, I would like to share my excellent experience that my niece forgot her purse with some money, ATM card and important documents. The hotel management and staff immediately informed us and made all necessary arrangements for our things and sent us safely. This experience compels me to give them 5 out of 5 stars.
It's best budget hotel I have ever been to. Though I have always stayed in star hotels but this one is definitely 4star hotel with tarriff of 3 star. Being a hotel owner myself I would suggest all the travel agents to book this hotel .Hotel is newly build and well maintained. Book the hotel directly over call rather than booking through some app. It definitely save some bucks but a great help to hotel . Location is main city many good food points nearby.
The hotel is good Room size is very good (209) But, poor service by the chef and restaurant people. They don't understand the requirement and meaning of zero chilli. Had a very bad experience in terms of food. Ordered zero chilli breakfast....but in the first time received with chilli.....had to reorder, then finally got the required breakfast after 1 hour.
Centrally located...to visit nagoa Beach you must hire any vehicle....rooms are good, service is very good...they provided us a cradle for baby..restaurant is also good..and food is also not spicy...and tasty food...everyone can eat...the man gautam in restaurant area , his service is very appreciated..chef made khichadi for baby..even I also saw Chef is doing such things for other small babies...parking space is limited..first comes first serve type parking...kid friendly hotel also...there are slides, swings also....surely recommended hotel...
Rooms are unclean. AC's are not functioning well. Wi-Fi not effective. Staff doesn't understand simple instructions. The room service is bad. They took a long time to send a glass of milk for my 90 year old father. Overall very bad experience.
An Unforgettable Stay at [Hotel THE GRAND HIGHNESS, DIU]- Thanks to ASLUM SHEIKH I recently had the privilege of staying at TGH Hotel in Diu, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I checked in until my departure, every aspect of this hotel exceeded my expectations, and one staff member, in particular, made my stay truly unforgettable. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the hotel's elegant and welcoming ambiance. The lobby was tastefully decorated, and I was swiftly checked in by the friendly reception staff. However, it was my interactions with ASLUM SHEIKH who worked at the front desk, that left an indelible impression on me. ASLUM was not merely a hotel employee but a genuine ambassador for hospitality. Their warm smile, impeccable courtesy, and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction were remarkable. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. From accommodating a special room request to providing insightful recommendations on local attractions and dining, ASLUM was a true professional. The room itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and featured all the amenities I could desire. The attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the carefully curated minibar, demonstrated the hotel's dedication to guest comfort. The dining experience at TGH HOTEL was equally impressive. The restaurant's diverse menu featured a delectable array of local and international cuisines. The flavors were exquisite, and the service was impeccable. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the culinary team never failed to delight my taste buds. Throughout my stay, I had the opportunity to explore the hotel's amenities, from the well-equipped fitness center to the serene spa. The housekeeping staff maintained my room with precision, ensuring a consistently clean and comfortable environment. What truly sets TGH apart, however, is their commitment to personalized service. This was exemplified by ASLUM who not only ensured the logistical aspects of my stay were flawless but also took the time to engage in meaningful conversations, making me feel like a valued guest, not just a customer. In sum, my stay at Hotel was a truly outstanding experience, and much of that credit goes to ASLUM. Their dedication to providing exceptional service was the cornerstone of my memorable stay. I will undoubtedly return to this hotel on my next visit to [City], and I hope to have the privilege of encountering more dedicated professionals like ASLUM If you are looking for a hotel that not only meets but exceeds your expectations in terms of comfort, service, and personalized care, I wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel - it's an experience that will leave you with lasting memories. Thanks to ASLUM SHEIKH and the entire TGH HOTEL team, for making my stay truly remarkable.
