HOTEL T.A PARADISE - Hotel in Ujjain - Ujjain, India

Things i liked about this hotel- 1. It is very close to the mahakaleshwar mandir's gate 1. 2. The room has two double beds which was the only reason I booked the hotel even though I saw so many bad reviews for this hotel. 3. The AC in my room was working great. Things I didn't liked- 1. As many people said, the rooms are small which is not that much of a problem as compared to smaller bathrooms. The bathrooms are so small that it will be a problem for you to change inside. 2. The room had bugs. 3. The service is not good at all. We ordered tea the first day and half an hour later when we called the reception to check where is our order, the person said we the shop from where we get pur tea is close so there's no tea. 4. No restaurant even for basic service such as tea 5. Extras - the TV wasn't working, bathroom taps were rusted, cupboard was dusty.

Don't book this Hotel through online. Online booking through ease my trip not accepted by Hotel. However, Behaviour of hotel staff is very bad. Check in time 12:00 PM so they are not ready to talk before that time. Overall any kind of dharamshala is much better than this hotel. Finally I was very happy when hotel staff informed me that they are unable to provide me rooms as they are not associated with ease my trip, because all of our family members were very disappointed after seeing the physical condition of the hotel. So, I thanked them for not providing the room.

Very near yo temple and that is the only positive factor. Over priced for the value. Rooms arr not tidy and the staff also not very helpful

If u are coming ujjain for some good time and if u dont want to spoil your mood, time and money, then you should never book this TA paradise hotel. There is not a good single reason to stay here but i must point out some not to good reason so that u may never stay here:-1. I stayed in this hotel from 17-18 June 2023 . First of all they will charge you for a room of 198 sq feet but rooms are drastically variable in this. Rooms are smaller than they are told in ibibo app and they are so stinky and unhygienic.2. Washroom are pathetic. Stinks much, some damaged toilet equipments, and very little in size.3. The Almirah wasFilled with cockroaches which can spoil your mood in quick time.4. And the best part, the receptionist in the hotel is very unprofessional, rude and igoist person. He hardly cares for any passengers facility.In short i would never suggest anyone to stay here for a trip in Ujjain.I would also like to draw attentionThis is the most horrible hotel i ever stayed.Hope it will help any other!

I really very bad experience . Only 2 people hotel Staff 1 manager 1 room cleanaer. Not a good staff behavior lift not available staircase is very very small. Blanket .towel is very reception area very small. My whole life is this hotel is very bad experience

Good thing about this hotel was it's near to the temple, at a small walking distance. It is okay for those who just want to sleep in the night. Not recommended for family or business people. Book it only if you're alone and have no other choices.The cleanliness and amenities were so bad that I had to leave the hotel within 5 mins and move to another. Wifi doesn't work which was my biggest concern. The room had no ventilation and it was smelly.

Very bad service. Room not. A clean . Staff behaviour not a good . Lift not available. Staircase is very very small do not hot water.west your money. Very very bad service ......blanket is very dirty

This was a very bad experience in my whole life. I never recommended for this. Only two employees deputed for the management, one is manager & 2nd is for service cum cleaning cu tea services ( for 24 hrs.) .very dirty place & consisted stairs & rooms. There is no any provisions to mark below one star rating, this is not able to mark a single star Totally fake or paid reviews uploaded. The total build up area of this hotel is not more than 500 sq feet. My was very very small is size approximately 96sq feet & bathroom cum toilet size was only 24 sq feet. Total 7 rooms are available in this hotel with total 4 floors. In ground floor one room & reception & 2 room in other each floor. Very dirty & not sanitized. Only one person is appointed for room service+cleaner+tea service. No lift provided , not helping to carry my bags, self service.
