Located just opposite to railway station gives you convenience if you are traveling by train. Rooms are spacious however lacks basic facilities. No hot water made available in spite of follow ups. One of the rooms we had bathroom/toilet so compact that you can't even sit on commode. Not really value for the higher cost they are charging.

Best reason for someone to choose this hotel is it's distance between railway station. Rooms are little expensive but it gets you comfortable stay. I spent here for almost 4 days. Food is good and affordable. All temples are around 1.5kms from here. Happy stay!

Very good and comfortable stay at Hotel Shriram, Ujjain. Walking distance from Ujjain Railway station, walking distance to Mahakal Mandir (1.1 KM) and surrounded by good eateries, shops, ATM, medicine shops etc. USP is it's Marwari Pavitra Bhojnalaya on 1st floor. Excellent food - Ghar Ka Khana, served with smile. Great quality, taste and service if you prefer traditional food. Service boys were prompt and hotel owner was supportive. Comparatively the room tarrif is a bit high as compared to similar properties and service, however it is provided a very comfortable stay especially if travelling with family. Go for it, good hotel, great food and supportive staff.

pros: near to ujjain stn cons: we arrived at 9 am and they immediately asked for 400 rs each room for early check in and there was no empathy at all, they just wanted to make money. The room was very small for the amount we paid. There were atleast 10 times that the electricity was cut leaving us in the dark. There was no intercom connection and we had to literally go to reception for any requests or issues. The towels were smelly, we asked to replace them and they were only replaced next day . last but not the least , while checking out they were asking additional 400 even though we had negotiated with them at the start. totally recommend people to avoid, there are better rooms around in that vicinity.

Highly recommended 3 minute walking distance from railway station. Clean rooms . Food and restaurant is superb with cost effective thali. Cooperative staff

Located just 2 mins away from station, near Dewas gate. 1 km away from Mahakaleshwar mandir (walkable distance, good to explore the place). Value for money. Weekday trip, so went directly and booked room. Clean room and bathroom. Good staff. Power backup is instatnt in case of rare power cut. Carry cash to avoid gst and other taxes on online payment.

Hotel Shriram is an extremely family friendly place to reside while in Ujjain. It's at a walkable distance from the train station. Additionally, the Mahakaleshwar jyothriling temple and other prominent temples are nearby to this place. We are visiting Ujjain again and plan to stay here for the second time. Jai Mahakal

Best hotel experience I had in ujjain. Hotel was 5min walking distance from main railway & bus station. Mahakal temple is also just 1.3 km far so one can have best possible connectivity.
