Good experience overall. The building is a little old but can be managed. There was no drinking water or any bathing kit provided. Not much distance from railway station.
Great Hotel ,My Stay for two Night with my family at Shrimmaya Ujjain ...Very Close to Mahakal Temple also they provide me Taxi for Omkareshwar....I have paid one night Room tariff 2576/ with Breakfast . Excellent Hotel and Nice atmosphere Honestly perticular Front office Staff very Helpful, very polite and very Disciplined They Showes Best Hospitality. They know How to Handle Customer or Guest .. It was an excellent stay at the hotel, convenient location, space for car parking and rooms were very good. spacious and neat and clean. The hotel staff is well behaved The only thing is AC cooling is not proper. It's value for money to stay at this hotel.
Srimmaya hotel's Delux AC room is available in Rs 1700 per night on phone call while online it cost Rs 5500, without offer so will suggest to call them directly instead of going through online booking. They charged but they allowed us to check in early, thanks to the staff. A few issues that we noticed, water is flooding in the bathroom. Water is continuously flushing, never stopped. The bathroom walls were very dirty, having fungus on the wall, never cleaned. No one came to clean and collect or change the dustbin. The shower was not working. Overall the room was not cleaned and service was not up to a good mark.
Worst ever staying experience. They charge you Rs 500 for a bedsheet even for a dust stain. With false allegations that there are oil stains on bedsheet. Even having booked a deluxe AC room, washroom were clumsy with zero hygiene maintained. No pre-arrangements like towel, water, mats etc. were there. Hotel is a cheat. Please be aware and never ever visit here to save your precious money.
Worst hotel I have ever seen, there was no previous arrangement at all , like towel , water, stepin nothing is there , for every thing you have to make call one by one , they have taken total bill of 2355 rs for one ac room , when we were moving, they asked to pay for bed sheets also for some part of dirty bedsheet , I attached the bill. I will recommend to every one this hotel is waste of money and fraud, never visit at this hotel , if you wants to keep your money safe.

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
