4rth grade staff behaviour was so rude.. I hv visited in a reception there.. i requested to one of there staff who was collecting dishes to clean the chair as it was wet.. he refused and told that.. girate hi kyun ho tum log.. very worst behaviour of staff i hd ever seen.. bt i didn't complaint abt this .. because I was guest there and don't want to create problem..
Neither the rooms are gud ,bathroom in very bad condition,services are poor ,pls never come in this hotel ,worst 3rd class service
Clean hotel rooms with a large hall and a marriage lawn which can accomodate more than 500 people. Good venue for marriages and small family functions.

Good service end good behavior
The hotel had good rooms however the service is pathetic. They do not care for the customers and are very open to say 'No'. They do not have in house kitchen so you will have to bring parcel food from out (also there are no restaurant near by) and when you ask the for plates and spoons they will say it is not available. When you ask for tea they will say 'not possible'. The only thing they have is a building and room to sleep with no facilities available and poor customer service. They Do not even know how to speak with custom
This hotel is on mail road, and nearby to all places in ujjain, only bad thing is this hotel is not maintained well, broken bathroom utilities and damo walls
It was wonderful experience in hotel Shri Vardhan. So & luxury rooms; Very neat and clean bathrooms. Room service was also gud and staff was also very cooperative. homely environment. Beautiful garden & conference room was also there for meeting purpose.

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
