Pathetic place to stay at owner is v rude and just needs money, v v adamant and doesn't have knowledge about how travel portal works , typical old school of thoughts who deals only for money.
Very nice staff and they are very cooperative too. But basic things are missing in this hotel. Kitchen is not there. For hot drinking water, u hv to get from somewhere else. Towels they will provide only one, irrespective of you and your family member stay for one day or two. Rooms are noisy when someone in the hall or other room chat. Night bulb r missing, just one tubelight it has. It's not worth for the amount you pay at the hotel. But the staff and the owner are very cooperative.
You will not find services like a 5 star hotel,but this place will make you feel like home. Rooms are clean, location is best, just 10 minutes away from Mahakal temple. And of course in this budget if you are travelling in a large group of people.
In this property i have booked their Delux double room costing 1600 approx for 2person. They have provided only 1 toiletries for 2 people and when i asked for toiletries and towel for 2nd person they just said that they provide only one towel per room. They will charge for extra towel.
This is very good according to it's price. Arvind Ji is very helpful and Rohit and Other staff too. You can get your room cleaned, bedsheets, pillow cover changed etc whenever you feel it's dirty. You can get tea and snacks delivered to your room as well. It's very neat to bus-stand Nanakheda which makes it accessible. I lived there for more than a month.

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
