Not so good rooms except 1 or two all other rooms are quite shabby. Lift is also not of standard...Prices are not up to the standard of room quality bit higher

I have stayed here multiple times so would say out of 10 times one once or twice it was good room, rest though room is old but not cleaned, service is every time worse. The issue with this place is you get hotels here like non AC ROOMS @1100 starting and AC @1800 & location is good too. But the room ambience is very bad and worse is the staff behaviour. I mean one thing is product and other is service so if I would have given opportunity to give in negative I would have given -5. Staff is very rude, if you tell them to clean room they be like not today(If you take room at 4pm to 8am, they say room will be ckeaned at 1 pm, LOL, what a lame joke). Outside food is not allowed, if they see bringing they fight. Reception person attitude is not customer cenric but moody. So come here as an last option and be prepared for worst. All the best.

It's fine. Bathrooms aren't as clean. If you're staying overnight and have absolutely nowhere to go you can stay here. Owner only accepts cash, not card or any digital methods of payment. So keep that in mind before going there. Room itself is kept clean. Has a TV a wash basin and a bathroom. It's functional. But won't recommend you stay here long.

Nice and clean rooms. Located at walking distance from Howrah Railway Station.

Worst service we get even at the front office manager doesn't have minimum sense to speak with a customer hospitality is tooo worst.
