The room was very dirty & was smelling bad. Service was slow. Even if we ignore the service part, cleaniness can not be ignored. Bedsheets, pillowcover, door, bathroom, toilet, tap & floor everything was sticky & dirty. I would not recommend this stay to anyone.
The rooms are very congested and the washrooms are not clean. Fully disappointed not worth paying Rs 3000 for a night at all. Had chosen due to proximity to temple but it's better to choose better hotels which may be far away from temple.
It was such a pleasant and good experience to stay in the sajan palace..the room was big and clean..very well satisfied with this hotel especially thanks to ayush jaiswal and the co staff members..they were very polite and helpful.

I recently visited this hotel in April 2023. Just wanted to write that the reviews which are not good are old reviews which also made me think about the hotel. But after having a talk with the owner I visited the hotel. The hotel is nice, rooms are nice and clean. Location is also good. Please don't go by reading previous reviews. Those are old reviews. Now things have changed and any problem you can talk to hotel owner Luv bhaiya. I can recommend to visit this hotel.
My old grandparents went a couple of months back. They had a booking through Oyo and had everything prepaid. They were made to wait from 5 am in the morning until half past 1 in the afternoon. They wouldn't give the room unless they paid more money. Only after the assistance from a lovely couple from Delhi and the police they finally let them in. Never visit this place. They've no respect for anything and make even the elderly suffer.
Very bad experience. B athroom and room was not clean at all.

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
