Good stay The rooms of this boutique hotel are very comfortable and classy. The color theme is very nice. Ambience is wow,staff is courteous,breakfast served was just perfect.

I stayed as a solo female traveller ..the service and cleanliness is up to the mark...dinner provided was very tasty..cosy, comfortable stay and some what far from the crowded town area but the biggest con is, the transport facility from the location...only prefer if u go by personal transport otherwise it will be very inconvenient n costly for the same..
Peaceful location and nice view, good ambiance, need and clean rooms and bathroom, staff behavior was good, they provide tasty food, just 4 to 5 km mahakaal temple only reach 10 min to 15 min
This is the worst place in ujjain town. They charge for AC room but none of the AC are working. No windows so no ventilation of air.Rooms are small and messy and not that clean. Staff is very lazy. Room quality is very ok not that good according to the price. Would suggest never to book rooms here and would never visit again. Wanted to give negative rating bt not possible.
Worst..place .it's not a family hotel..it's a kind of OYO hotel, everywhere just couples ..came on the bikes, not a place for family. Rooms were pathetic and guys were rude, they think reviews will not make any difference for their business...please read This review and never go this place, it took 1 minute me to cancel my booking however they did not give ve a single penny back, but i couldn't stay there for even 2 minutes.DONT BOOK THIS PLACE..true advise.

I would have given minus points if possible. Rooms were not ready and were not clean. Customer service was poor. For the price it is not worth it. They need to learn how to clean and some day purchase new inventory. There are plenty of good hotels nearby.

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
