Stayed for 1 night at the hotel and the stay was comfortable..The hotel is right opposite to the railway station and is good when with your family..It is close to the Mahakaleshwar temple and battery autos are available to travel easily..The rooms are quite good, spacious and with required amenities..The only challenge was lift was not available and rooms were on 2nd floor..So that was the only issue faced..Overall stay was good.

Room were Clean & Hygienic. Room service was great. over all experience was great. Room are not too expensive and the location is not much long for mahakaleahwar mandir

Rates are OK, Room are cleaned, food cost is reasonable bt taste isn't ok as per me (its individual choice). Clarification abt all aspects of charges must be confirmed with dealing persons before booking.

Excellent hotel to stay at this city of Mahakal. I booked this place through MMT for my mom and 2 other senior ladies. I'll write what they experienced after reaching hotel in the early hours of the day. Reaching early morning (as the check-in time is 12)- the staff welcomed them and arranged opened 6 bedder room to freshen up. By the time they were ready for temple their room was ready. It was neat and clean. After the near by visit, the staff helped them with navigation near by cities and temples. Also arranged transport on the request. At night they had tasty dinner. While leaving the holet on the exit date, they received tasty parathas for the lunch in train.

Very nice rooms with reasonable price. Very good room service. Maintenance of rooms is very good. Food in restaurant so tasty.

The carpets were stained and filthy, the sheets were wrinkled and clearly not fresh, and don't get me started on the suspicious-looking stains on the walls. I wouldn't be surprised if the room hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. 2. Uncomfortable Beds: Oh, where do I even begin? The beds in this hotel felt like they were straight out of a medieval torture chamber. The mattresses were as hard as rocks, and I could practically feel every spring poking into my back. Getting a good night's sleep was impossible, and I woke up every morning feeling more exhausted than when I went to bed. 3. Terrible Service: The staff at this hotel seemed completely disinterested in providing even a semblance of customer service. They were rude, unhelpful, and looked like they'd rather be anywhere else but there. Requests for basic amenities or assistance were met with sighs and eye-rolls, as if we were inconveniencing them. It was a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. 4. Noisy Environment: If you enjoy being serenaded by the sounds of slamming doors, shouting guests, and paper-thin walls, then this hotel is perfect for you. I could hear every single conversation, TV show, and argument happening in neighboring rooms. It was as if there were no walls at all, and the lack of peace and quiet made my stay an absolute nightmare. 5. Pathetic Facilities: The so-called "amenities" this hotel boasts were nothing short of a joke. The pool was murky and uninviting, the fitness center was a cramped room with outdated equipment, and the Wi-Fi was slower than a dial-up connection from the 90s. It felt like the hotel had made no effort to maintain or upgrade anything in years. In conclusion, this hotel was a complete disaster in every imaginable way. From the unclean rooms to the uncomfortable beds, the terrible service to the noisy environment, and the lackluster facilities, I cannot find a single redeeming quality about this place. Save yourself the misery and find a different hotel that actually cares about its guests. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

2nd october 2023 Very bad hotel, didnt like the service, lift is not there, parking facility is not available, receptionist is so rude in behaviour....Guyz this is the true exeperience plz search for another hotel
