I was riding towards Ujjain on a very cold night. The receptionist and the manager both were kind enough to make a room available in my budget. Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple is in proximity and the hotel is close to the main road as well. The staff was polite and responsive, food (breakfast) was good and quantity was as per the price. The room was clean and spacious with all features functional. The bath section was average and definitely needs more attention but the washroom was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to other travellers travelling for Jyotirling and Ujjain visit.
We had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights at Raj Shikhar, Ujjain during our July visit. We wanted change of room, after we checked in, as the room was not comfortable to stay. They showed us the available options and helped us to choose the good ones. Arranged for food when we reached there at around 12 in the night. The boys there, were very helpful and polite with their service. The location is good. Autos are available in the main road to reach Shri Mahakal Temple. The rooms, bedding and the washroom certainly needs improvement. But not a bad choice to stay, especially for their hospitality.
Booked in oyo and visited to see rooms. Not recommended. Rooms are small smelly and conjusted space outside. Do go by simply looking from outside view of hotel. My advice to book online don't pay visit hotel see rooms then check in
Horrible, the manager is extremely rude, didn't even know how to treat guests. Such a bad experience, just avoid going this hotel as there are many good options available in cheap prices with better services.

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
If you're looking for a budget friendly visit, then this place is highly recommended. You can see the temple View from your room. We arrived at 7.30am and the owner was kind enough to provide us an early check-in. Hygiene is of utmost priority to us
