Hotel Prince - Hotel in Diu - Diu, India

1. Staying - Okay 2. Value for Money - No, There are many other better hotels in same price. 3. Rooms - okay if you're with friends and just wanna stay there , but rooms will not give you that fresh vibes. 4. Location - Easily Traceable 5. Service & Staff Behaviour- Their solar could not heat water due to bad weather. That I can understand and I asked manager to arrange Hot water for bathing and he clearly refused by saying we cannot provide. If we provide you then we will have to provide to other customers as well. When i talked about checking out in first hour, he was ready to make us do so. Rude behaviour from manager. Anyhow, We stayed in the same hotel because we didn't wanna waste more time in check-out from here and searching for other hotel & check-in as we had only one day plan to be there. Bathing with cold water lead me to get cold and sneezing that ruined my whole one day visit. You have opened hotel for making money, but some ethics should be there. Is this the way to treat your customers????

The worst stay of my life. Staff is so rude . Rooms are not worthy of Rs 1500 but they have taken charges of 5000 . They show pics of some other hotels on online booking and actual is something else. Please do not waste your holiday by staying here. They also don't give basic things like towel and mineral water.

Hotel room are ok. Bar is very crowded and service is not great. You have to call service staff several times for order. Counter staff not really interested to answer the customer. Even there is empty space he directly told that bar is full.

I booked 210 sq ft room and the room allotted to me was not even 120 sq ft, toilet seat was broken and I will not suggest anyone to stay in this hotel, service was also very slow the only one thing I think was a bit ok was food, The owner of hotel is very humble person as she has been associated with the project " beti bachao, beti padhao" and she is offering discount for the parents of baby girls with 50% in rooms and 20% in fooding. I request you Madam please take care of hotel as things like this is very bad.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed there for 2 days. The hotel service was not good, and the staff was also not polite. When we checked in at the hotel, we asked for water multiple times at the reception due to the summer heat, but there was no response. The same thing happened when we checked out; they didn't respond to our request for water at all. We had to buy water bottles from outside. We needed to pay for extra beds, and I informed them that I would pay at the time of checkout. However, they were not ready to wait and insisted on immediate payment, citing it as hotel policy. Then, our bathroom flush was not working, and when we complained about it, a hotel staff member said, "Sir, 2nd floor pe pressure nhi aata he itna". Come one, It's not the guest's problem; the hotel needs to solve it. One of our members requested tea at 7 am, and they told us that they couldn't provide the service at that time. I don't know what is the correct time to order tea. Overall, it was a bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The accomodation of Prince hotel in diu is highly recommended you will get all facilities here and rooms on a moderate rate. Restaurant facility and room service is also highly appreciated

It was very nice experience , hotel staff was very happy to help , one thing i found bad that hotel didn't had a elevator beyond that hotel has very nice view and and located in very nice area you can find every daily needs stuff very easily , thankyou Yup hotel is very cool and nice hotel and restorent staff are very nice we got what we paid for
