I asked for single room there have given me servent room. Rooms are too dirty, toilet is not clean. I will give zero star. The staffs behaviour is too bad. I request you don't go there.
Do not go there. Serves stale food. My whole family got food poisioning after eating there.
Dharamshala is better than this. Price like a 5 star and service poor than dharamshala

WORST SERVICE nd MANAGEMENT ever. We had order Punjabi nd the sbzi was sweet in taste nd the roti was so hard that it seemed as if it was papad. Our order was an hour late nd even after the order the service wasn't being served properly. WORST, WORST, WORST food very DISAPPOINTED
Worst service like no water supply in midnight, bathroom choked , room not clean properly , staff manager behaviour are very rude.
I will give 0.5 to this hotel..No Room service Geyser also not working gave another room key which is also common to other passengers ...needed medical support at midnight and at that time no watrr supply in bathroom informed room boy multiple times but no response..pathetic experience never stay here
I have been to the restaurant of Hotel, and they surely have delicious food, specially if you are pure veg, plus loves spicy. Service and Quantity wise I liked the place. Rates, hygiene and Ambience are on okeyish side

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
