Very nice and comfortable table hotel with all facilities available at rare price of cost of living stay their for any trip of tourism. Please visit their at your own trip to good experience of the town and journey of your tour. I glad to say this place was very and enjoyable
If there is option of -ve I would have given that. Rude staff no facility no maintainance and prices are too high. I took ac room and whole night ac was not working staff said power cut in katra but in the morning again ac was not working and receptionist said generator will be on after 2 hours And uh can check out if you want to Plsz don't waste your money here in these rates you can get better hotels.
I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone. Its far from main market.Rooms are very dirty,No soap,handwash is provided.Bathroom was extremely dirty Gyser not working,TV not working and most IMP RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF OWNER.HE WILL ABUSE YOU EVEN IF YOU HAVE MADE PAYMENT FROM MAKEMYTRIP.They want you to make extra payment he will threaten you about complaint to police.
this is third visit in hotel ishan since 3 years,this time hotel has been renovated, specially the parking area with big led beautifully designed, where you can see live mata aarti or any bhajans you like while connecting internet tv.this hotel is very close to yatra parchi counter and beautiful view of vaishno mata track.

Let me tell you guys about my experience with Hotel Ishan, Katra Near Katra Bus Stand. I stayed 3 night I.e. 17 -20 May 2023 with my family in 6 bed room. On the second day we went for dinner at Hotel Ishan Restaurant situated in same building ground floor at 10 PM after Shari Mata Vaishno Devi yatra. We asked for menu and quick food availability option but no one wants to answer in the restaurant and no clarity. Then after I walked towards reception and complained about this behaviour that no one answering whether food is available or not available. The person who was at reception directly entered into kitchen to check for food availability, Immediately someone from restaurant replied to him that if they want to have dinner here at hotel Ishan restaurant then they have to wait for another 1 hour bacause we are running with bulk order. And, Same has been informed by receptionist to us. After that I asked for another option because we couldn't wait for another 1 hour that day as it was already 10 pm and I was with 9 and 2 year's old child including my mother, wife and brother. Receptionist persons advised to go nearest Dhaba I was really upset with the Hotel Ishan Service. And after that I didn't purchased anything even single bottle of water from the Hotel Ishan( near Niharika complex, katra bus stand).
This Hotel is Really Awesome. I Loved their Staff. They are So Supportive. I Loved it. Their Guidance is Superb. I Loved the View and Food There.
