Amazing stay, specially rooms are so clean and hygiene. one of the best part of hotel is its food very delicious I often visit diu but food like this place is not found anywhere else. Staff is very polite and owner of the hotel is very supportive. parking is accessible. wifi quality of hotel is very good. suitable for all family, couples, groups.
Waiters behave very rudely at restaurant. They don't treat customers appropriately and manager doesn't bother to take corrective actions to provide better service. Would recommend to never visit this place to have food.

Over charged hotel.Inspite of taking too much of taxes they are not giving proper service. Manager and Owner are rude. Food was so much expensive and not so great. Even Plating and serving were not done properly. Hotel Samrat is better than this hotel.
Rooms were not the same as shown in pictures. There was am stain on blankets. Owner's behavior as well as staff's behavior was very rude. Totally disappointed with service and room.Restaurant is very over priced and they are charging extra 20% Alchohol tax I asked the reason for charging it then the owner literally started shouting at me. Staff was also not at all cooperative with me. I was having my 18 months baby with me. I requested for late check out for just 1 hour and they strictly said No on my facePls revert1
