Rooms not up to the mark some smell is coming from the room and bed sheets are old But location wise it is the best hotel in Ujjain to stay and service is very good Try to upgrade better Regarding cost they cost me 2500 per day so it seems to be over priced room. They call it a 3 star property and have tons of positive reviews online which tricked me to book it, I requested after booking to check the cleanness of the room as I was travelling with kids. The manager confirmed that it would be all good. When we checked-in, there was nothing 3 star, the room was having cockroaches roaming around, bedsheets were strained, toilets dirty, when we asked for another room they said they are completely booked and have no rooms available, I checked around and there were no rooms available in nearby hotels too, they sprayed red hit and changed bedsheets which were equally strained, we somehow managed to spend the night and checked out as soon as sun came out. They need to do a lot of work to justify the ratings they have got online. I would suggest everyone travelling with family to strictly avoid this hotel. You can book if you are bunch of boys who do not care about cleanliness visiting Mahakal. Hope management will read this and make changes to give a good experience to the travellers. Also looks like they get fake ratings and reviews put up on google, check the dates of all 5 star reviews, they are given in bulk on same days.
Room is good but not well maintained. Bed linen and towels were torned but were changed on request. Toilet was in very bad shape and cleaned by us only before use
Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to shops/restaurants and night life. Rooms are nicer than expected they are very clean, bed is comfortable, shower is hot and air con is amazing after a long day out exploring!.........
This is pathetic and unhygienic hotel with very unprofessional hospitality behaviour, No proper cleaniness. Cockroaches and mosquitoes ready to welcome you. I left hotel within 2 hours of booking though I was asked to pay in full for the day which I deed. They should seriously look to serve if want to remain in market
the service was really good! definitely would suggest it. Also when you are visiting Ujjain i would suggest take 1 extra day and ask a rikshaw service, there a lot of those that introduce you to a lot of known temples and good restaurants for eating. Also when you visit Omkareshwar Mahadev keep in mind to not go on Saturday,Sunday and Monday as they are the busiest among all.
Rooms where pathetic bed sheet and towel where not clean at all. Only best part it's 5mins walkable to Mandir. Will prefer not stay here if you are with family.

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
If you're looking for a budget friendly visit, then this place is highly recommended. You can see the temple View from your room. We arrived at 7.30am and the owner was kind enough to provide us an early check-in. Hygiene is of utmost priority to us
