Room service is very very poor. Bathroom is very dirty. Sand particle is coming along with bath water.
Hot water is coming only morning. Towel is not serving.overall look like a Dharmshala.
It is not suitable for tourists. It is too far from railway station and Mahakaleswar temple.
It is suitable for marriage and other party with big gatherings.
Rooms are very Spacious ...approximately 6 kms from Mahakaleshwar Mandir ....there is no kitchen in the hotel ...but there is a tea and breakfast shop just outside the hotel ..outside food is allowed..
I have been visiting Ujjain every year for Mahakal darshan since the last 5 years, and every time, I stay at Nakshatra inn.
It is reasonably priced, spacious, clean with very polite staff. Special shoutout to Aayush ji. They also guide you about various darshan timings and all do's and don'ts.
Very well connected , and there are shops nearby selling all the essentials.
Only drawback is that they don't have a restaurant. But you can always get food delivered.
Highly recommended.

Worst hotel and its servises ..The rooms are dirty and stinky.. No matter how despirate you are, Do not come to this hotel. Coz it is worst one in Ujjain city.

Especially the owner Ayush bhai is very helpful.
And forgetting the name of the person who helped us visit the temple by his battery rickshaw, he is a very good person.
Overall a great experience.
Beware !!!! This is not a hotel but a marriage banquet. The rooms were untidy , smelly and the furniture was broken.
Washrooms were stinking .
Avoid staying here.

Hotel owner is a soft spoken gentleman. There was an issue with top floor room and he offered to change our room. Rooms are neat and clean and location of the hotel is excellent. No issue with day staff but night Staff needs to be little more active
We stay for 2 days with my children no any issue from staff service was very quick.restaurant and room was best, food quality and taste also good. Most thankful to rukmani, pravin thakor and other staff behavior like familiar and good service of rest
